ok i am trying to place a labtop onto a table and make it an objective to steal it how do i set it on the table and set it to were it can be taken by like the bluefor

yes it says Arma1, but the majority of the features in the editor from Arma1 are just better in Arma2 and OA,CO, same tools, and know how still applies.

for object placement look at this line:

5.16 Placing objects higher or lower pg.111 this is in the manual.

for your other questions refer to the manual or wait til some could tell you.

I made a quick sample mission for this since the steps required are quite complicated for someone new to editing.

Unpack the included "grab_notebook.utes" folder into your user missions folder and then load it into the editor.
