I'm having the same problem on one of my weapons. if you have the zalesh proxy (or something spelled like that..crazy czechs lol) on your weapon and you use that model.cfg i posted (and set it up correctly) the muzzle flash will work correctly :) as for what controls it, anything with "zalesh" in it pretty much controls it, sorry i cant be much clearer...i just copied it from the BIS sample models :D Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I'm having the same problem on one of my weapons. selectionFireAnim is the config property that defines the 'selection' that is animated during firing. Btw, your 'muzzleflash' could infact be called anything you like... so long as all the bits-and-pieces are defined properly the engine doesn't care what it's called.
