Where you put speed to Normal instead of Full and put in On Activation field: this flyinheight 5 5 metres can be a bit dangerous, but try this, and increase the metres perhaps. Â <span id='postcolor'> Yeah if they are supposed to jump out from the hovering chopper, but i was thinking that the chopper would enter the LZ in 5 meters or maybe more, then land totally and let the ppl out and then get away from there asap again. UrbanMonkey 0 Posted June 11, 2002 I dunno if you can or can't make it flare with AI, but you can yoruself. Heres how to : - While flying, dont move at a speed of more than 180, anything faster when you start to flare, your chopper will go sky high. - Its real simple, just when your near the LZ, just pull back on the mouse, or joystick, and go down at the same time. The thing is to land RIGHT when you hit 10 or less MPH. And, with the blackhawk, or apache, youve gotta land front two weels first. Then I need that list of grids to coordinates or something, correct? Btw, SmokeShell is the normal smoke. SmokeShellRed is the red smoke. SmokeShellGreen is the green smoke. beno_83au 1369 Posted June 11, 2002 I don't know about this but I think mutantx is complaining about how a helo reaches the waypoint and instead of landing at the waypoint it hovers to a spot about 100-150m away then lands? I would like to know how to make them land at the waypoint too because it screws alot of helo insertions over when the chopper lands elsewhere. So, any ideas? Put a countdown on that WP too, as long as you want him to stay on the ground (engines still on). Then he'll move on to next WP. Dark_Shadow 1 Posted June 11, 2002 To make a chopper land at a certain point-try putting an invisible h from objects where you want it. Then put a waypoint ontop of that as "transport unload".
