Miles 0 Posted June 8, 2002 After playing around with wrp edit is seems thta the best way of making a new, natural looking island would be to first "paint" it in paintshop pro or something and import it. Are there any tutoruials about going about this? Thankyou in advance
m16a2m203 0 Posted June 8, 2002 Try this My Webpage You can use any "paint" program as long as you can turn the image into a text file of triple coordinates. Good Luck!

When you use the In/Out button then, it lets you select the file.
MDRZulu 0 Posted June 9, 2002 I tried to find a DEM for Normandy but had no luck, I did find one that was VRT I think was the format which would have worked but it was about 270mb.

harrell 0 Posted June 9, 2002 hey m16a2m203 (gren) on your web site there is a program called Terragen that you said could create new land forms. I was able to draw a nice island with it but how do you convert to a format that wrp edit can use?
-)rStrangelove 0 Posted June 9, 2002 Look here how to go from Terragen over Wilbur to WRPedit:LINK I tested it and it worked. Very simple description.
