Double Doppler 10 Posted October 12, 2011 (edited) On the contrary dump files are very useful for debugging and mission developers... EDIT: Damn lol, I thought you were asking for the removal of the function, I did not know you wanted to submit your dump files. Derbysieger 11 Posted October 12, 2011 create a ticked on TOH CIT and provide the dump files ;)
gonk 0 Posted October 12, 2011 create a ticked on TOH CIT and provide the dump files ;) may end up with a lot of tickets... was hoping there was an email address just to send them to... Besides not everyone is registered with the DEV tool. But it is probably good place to start... I will start a general dump file ticket... So any one who is registered can add to it...:D
sickboy 13 Posted October 12, 2011 (edited) Nothing wrong with many tickets. Dumps without some related information about e.g the situation / steps to reproduce and other details available (e.g in the ticket header), might not be too useful to the devs. http://dev-heaven.net/projects/cis/wiki/CIT#How-to-report-a-crash Combining issues into a single ticket is also not useful because it defeats most of the power/flexibility of the bug tracker :) Besides not everyone is registered with the DEV tool.Easily solved; Register and login. Or use OpenID account. :DThough, for the future looking into making it even more accessible :) Edited October 12, 2011 by Sickboy
