Why cant I place certain empty vehicles in editor?

As topic.

E.g. I want to put down empty UH60M_MEV_EP1.

But I cant. Directly in the editor I mean - this choppa is not in the empty vehicles list.

And this is not the only case where certain vehicles dont appear in the empty side list...

In this case I can place UH60M_EP1 and then open mission.sqm with a text editor and change the classname for the MEV variant to appear - but why do I have to do that?

First you have to place a player on map, than you can place empty vehicles/objects.

It's not in the Air list it's in support vehicle list
