Remove disconnected players from score board?

Is there any possibility to remove the names of players who have disconnected from a MP match from the score board (pressing tab)?

Maybe a command that could be executed by "onPlayerDisconnected"?

Yes. Code your own scoring system and custom GUI.

This way you can do as you please.
