TommiVH 10 Posted April 29, 2011 (edited) Just bought Arma 2 from Steam. It doesnt work for me :mad: It crashes everytime in the same spot and time in game. In bootcamp, it freezes when I go to firingrange and that other guy start to talk. Everytime. Try campaing also. It freezes when in helicopter to go to first mission. Same spot everytime also. I got newest drivers and bios for every device. Still no change. 5133p39 16 Posted April 29, 2011 Sorry for the obvious, but: Did the installation had any errors? i guess not, otherwise you would probably mention that, but i had to ask :) Have you tried some patches? (or at least the latest patch) Are you using ANY addons? Have you tried different video (and audio) settings in the game? Try lowest details, test if it works. Try lower number of sound samples, test if it works. If you OC'd your GPU, try with stock settings, then test (same with CPU - if you OC'd it). You might also have fault memory (test it, and also make sure the timings are correct in the bios). There might be also problem with copyprotection (dunno what steam version uses, and how it works).
