cant join CTI gamemode servers

Don't know, depends on the message at the bottom...without the exact phrase of the message you better ask a fortuneteller with a crystal ball. Alternatively you can take some drugs and ask the gods, but we mortals cant help you becaise we know nothing you don't tell us. But since you also do not know you need help from some higher powers.

Yeah, you'll need both ArmA 2 and Operation Arrowhead in most of the CTI servers. Combined Operations (ArmA 2 + OA) version is the best because OPFOR is way underpowered in OA stand-alone CTI.

Cheranus, CAWheeled2_BTR90, warfare2vehicles and CAWheeled2_LAV25 are all from Arma2.

If you look where is says expansions, you see that you need Arma2 and Arma2: Operation Arrowhead.

Edit: Also in the mission name you can see that you need CO.
