What is this hunters.sqf all the posters assume is in place?

What is hunters.sqf?

It would appear to be a function script in CarlosTex's mission, instructing his spawned aircraft to go do something (hunt for things, I presume). It wouldn't seem pertinent to the respawn itself. (Though it could indicate waypoints for the vehicle are helpful?)
