Zupadupazupadude 10 Posted January 19, 2011 (edited) Now before you say anything, i don't know if this is in the right section but i couldn't find a model request thread so i thought i just post it in here. But anyway, so the gear from the US Rifleman bugs me does anyone have this too? The gear just looks off to my opinion. And ive only seen 1 picture of a soldier having the gear the rifleman has. I think this would have been better: the rifleman just having the Team Leader gear but without the radio. It would be cool if someone could do this. -Zupa Edited January 19, 2011 by Zupadupazupadude
ryguy 10 Posted January 19, 2011 What? The USMC rifleman just has a standard loadout: Mag pouches, utility pouch, plate carrier, helmet.
Zupadupazupadude 10 Posted January 19, 2011 I mean the US Army rifleman from OA.
PuFu 4600 Posted January 19, 2011 and what is the purpose of this thread then?
Zupadupazupadude 10 Posted January 19, 2011 What do you mean? Im just saying that the Rifleman is just kinda unrealistic and asking if someone could change it.
jagheterjan 10 Posted January 19, 2011 So it's an AddOn request then? ;) That aside, it's rather common for units that do a little more than the occasional trip outside the wire to use non-issued gear. The 'chest rig over IOTV' approach that is the OA rifleman seems perfectly reasonable to me for a member of some mechanized inf unit.
