Beens 10 Posted January 19, 2011 Hey guys ! I'm having a problem with the textures in game. It looks like they don't load or something. I tried to re-install the game and also play w\o any addons (i actually only use a sound mod ATM) Nothing helped. Does any one knows whats wrong? KrIxXuS 10 Posted January 19, 2011 (edited) I think soul assasin is saying if you dont have PMC and BAF content then the texture's are low resolution untill you purchase them even though you still have access to some of the content(lite), but look's to me like your settings are a little odd. Von_Lipwig 10 Posted January 19, 2011 Better make those links instead of images as otherwise they will be removed I think (must be under 100kb). Anyway, it's a weird problem. I thought it was just with the DLC units but it appears to be rather random (the ACR guy is loaded but the other guys isn't. Weird!). (look in config file). When I set video memory in options to very high I get the same bug (LOD´s loading slow or not at all, setting it to default solves the problem :) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

But, I will make sure again once I get back home from work. Before I left home today i made a fresh install on another partition and it actually helped bait, but not completely. But then I installed the beta patch again (last time it didn't help) and at the 5 min I had to test it everything worked fine. I will be able to test it more and update in about 5 hours. Marc15yo 0 Posted January 21, 2011 I see you own an ATI card, have you tried accessing CCC and looking at the 3d Mimmap settings? Make sure it's set to quality not performance as lowering the bar forces the card to load low resolution textures.
