Sabbath 10 Posted November 24, 2010 When you start ARMA 2 combined operations and you get to the menu that says single player, multi player, options......... The bottom one should say "expansions". If you open that up you should see both the games. If you open single player you should have both ARMA 2 and OA missions. If you play multiplayer then you can only play the map that is on the server which you want to play on. If you want to play ARMA 2 basic on multi player you have to go to a server which is creating and choose your own map from Chenarus or the other one. The other option is to just use the ARMA 2 icon to start the game and not ARMA 2 CO. I hope this information helps you because I couldn't understand your post very well. Sabbath 10 Posted November 25, 2010 Try this. 1. Install ARMA 2 (do not install any patches yet) 2. Install operation Arrowhead. (this will update your ARMA 2 to 1.07). 3. Install operation arrowhead patch 1.55 (this will also update your ARMA 2 to 1.08. If you have BAF then install this last, then install patch 1.01. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Sprocket installer has a bug where is does not install a registry for you [ARMA 2] Here is my fix [My own experience] If you are using Windows XP: Start > Run > Type in "regedit.exe" (Without "") Windows Vista or 7: Start > Search all programs and files > Type in "regedit" (Without "") Now you see: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT HKEY_CURRENT_USER HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE HKEY_USERS HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG Then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Bohemia Interactive Studio\ArmA 2 [Note: It is the one with Studio NOT the one with only Bohemia Interactive as it is for BattleEye instead] Now you will find 3 Files by normal in the ArmA 2 - (Default) Type : REG_SZ - KEY Type : REG_BINARY - MAIN Type : REG_SZ If one is missing then everything is ABNORMAL So check that if there is a REGISTRY Named "MAIN" (Most likely there is no MAIN that caused your system not reconigze the game) Don't worry if the MAIN is missing, it can be created manually To create a new one at the Right Box. Right click > select New. Select String Value and Name it "MAIN" (Without "") After it is created, Right click the MAIN and click Modify Under the Value, type in the directory of your ArmA 2 is installed E.g.
