How do I post in other Forums

I'm new here and I've got a lot of questions to ask about the ARMA 2 OA editor. When I go to the Editor forum and try to post a question I'm told I do not have sufficient priveliges to post my question there.

If anyone could tell me what I can do to get the clearance to start posting in forums like this one it would be much appreciated.

Sounds odd, afaik you don't need special privileges to start threads. Have a link which Forum you mean exactly?

Heres exactly what the message says:

undercoverbrother, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

happens when I try to access the Arma 2 OA mission editor forum :confused:

You should PM a MOD and explain it to them. They are definitely able to help you.

hmm, this is just a a suggestion.

But when you signed up did u go into your emails and activate your account?

It's much more simpler: You have to advance one more forum to be able to post there. You cant make threads in the editing forum itself, but only in its sub-forums.

So you cannot make a new thead here:

but you can here:

http://forums.bistudio.com/forumdisplay.php?f=95
