DarkCrow 10 Posted October 5, 2011 Is there any way to increase the Force Feedback for a tighter feel? In FSX for the helis I fly I need alot more stick pressure and I prefer that. I'm using the Logitech G940. Thank you in advance for any responses.
lazerath 10 Posted October 6, 2011 I was wondering the same thing. I use the G940 and find the force feedback to be rather lacking. Could a real helicopter pilot answer this next question for me. When flying in heavy winds (maybe a storm) is there any push back on the stick from being pushed around by the wind? or do you not feel any feed back in the stick from being pushed around by the wind? armored_sheep 56 Posted October 6, 2011 In real helicopter you often dont feel any forces at all on the cyclic. I had a chance to pilot real R44 Raven and this bird even does not have any "center" position of the cyclic that you can feel. For Logitech G940 you can increase centering force in windows controler settings (centering in non FFB games). I also personaly recomend to all virtual pilots that have no prior experience with real helicopters to reduce sensitivity of cyclic X and Y axes. (game options->controls->controller->customize)
