how can i play OA well ,SSD RAID or RAMDISK?

first , i want have 100VS 100 the city battlefield ...so i need nice hardware .

now my CPU is I7 930,and graphic card is 5870

..some of my friends told me i need a professional harddisk for play it ,they give me one recommendation , SSD for raid,or ACARD box + 16G ram

ACARD box + 16G ram is freaking expensive and it looks sooo old stuff.

so did SSD raid can support 100VS 100 big city battlefield with 30+ standard FPS...

PS: i need the standard FPS, not electrocardiogram FPS:p

Not going to happen with anything available today, not at any decent level of detail (and not commercially).

An SSD doesn't affect performance in the that way. While it may speed up loading and alleviate texture pop ups etc, it isn't going to speed up the AI etc.

I have good experience using ramdisk, but as I used it almost from the beginning I cant compare it to todays patches.

RAM is not that expensive so I filled all slots I had (have 12 gig now) and as XP uses 4 I have the rest (8) as ramdisk.

But one more time, I haven't tried without using the latest patches so I dont know if its worth it anymore (it was before).

The current patches are pretty decent, I no longer use my RAMdisk and there are very few stutters without out now.
