Making a radio play music

Hey everyone, i have searched on how to do this for about an hour now... how in gods name can i have a radio playing cusom music. i have tried to make the radio "Say" the sound.. but it isn't working... anyone have any ideas?

btw.. i don't want to do playsound because isn't that just going to make it play the sound in all speakers and stuff and sound like there is no source for the sound?
