  1. I'm not sure if we understand each other. After yesterday's official update (release), stable branch (version 1.82.144647), I have no problem with BE. Now I can easily join game servers. This problem no longer exists for me in the official, stable branch of the game (it disappeared, it was solved automatically).

    The problem that I had with BE in test versions now applies to other users but unfortunately in the stable version of the game and I was afraid of that.

    My problem was present only in test versions of the game (RC, DEV).
    I can check the current version of DEV for you (I have not used it for a long time) but only in the afternoon or at night.

     

    In brief.
    Stable version of the game and BE for me - OK.
    Stable version of the game and BE for several other users - there is a problem and I predicted it earlier.
    The DEV test version - I can check again.

    I wrote to support BE but they did not answer me. Fortunately, after the official update everything is OK.
    I'm happy but I do not understand why everything is OK now with BE in the official (stable v1.82) version of the game and I had a problem in the DEV and RC versions.
    As I predicted, now other people have this problem but in the official version. A small example.

    I've done various magic tricks. I have turned off everything that is unnecessary, eg MsiAfterBurner, Discord, even anti-virus programs, etc.

    I did cleaning MPMissonsCache, it did not help.

    Hm. hm. Conversation with BE is a greater or lesser way of suffering. I had a problem with the TS plugin (TSNotifier). Every update of this overlay was blocked by BE and I always had to wait long for BF to graciously update. Then I did not want to write after each update.

    The strangest thing is that everything is OK on the current, stable version. BE sometimes throws away some people every few minutes for a long time or for a long time does not allow them to enter. I almost always had zero problems. I do not remember when the last time in a stable version of the game BE gave me the message "client not responding". You could say that in BE I had a VIP pass.
    My problem with BE is only in DEV and RC.

    Unfortunately, I still have a problem with BE in the DEV and RC versions.
    I even updated the standard version of the game to the RC version using STEAM - there is a problem.
    Uninstall_BattlEye.bat and Install_BattlEye.bat files do not produce visible results. Only the CMD window will open, but the files do not change. I manually deleted the BE folder and checked the integrity of the files using STEAM. The folder and BE files have been re-created and have today's current date, but after a while I'm kicked out of the server.
    I have reset my router, deleted and introduced new firewall rules.

     

    I returned to stable version 1.80.14xxxx and there is no problem here.
    Unfortunately, I am expecting big problems on April 11 for my game (v1.82 or 1.83).

  6. Hello. I found two DEV servers. Both yesterday and today after the update using the "game updater" tool, the BattlEye client copies me from the servers.
    I connect to the server. I am in the lobby and I choose the role and I will be thrown out in a moment.
    A folder with a stable version of the game was copied to another HDD and updated to the DEV version with the Game Updater tool. I can easily use the game if I am not joining the servers. In the stable version, I do not have problems connecting to servers.
    I bought the game and some DLC in Store Bistudio. Dank Tanks I bought on the Steam platform.

    I do not speak English so I will make a movie (as I will find some time) because PCML vs various helicopters is a very interesting phenomenon. Hellcat has a very badly placed closing point (lock). The durability and resistance of various helicopters on PCML is also very surprising.

    Stop repeating it like a mantra. SSD drive plus super, hyper CPU, GPU, RAM, system etc.

  12. Unfortunately, PvP has been in :ups: a vegetative state since the beginning of ArmA 3 and this condition is getting worse. Four years have passed, but I have not had even one third of the joy I had in OFP.

     

    Some points on this list have the status: :tempt:

    The downward trend is generally seen. To a large extent, the activities of these projects are transferred to social media - Discord communicator, forums, etc. We become passive viewers and non-active participants. Even this slowly disappears.
    I have seen many announcements, invitations for various events. There were great and loud advertisements, and sometimes an equally great answer. In fact, there were a few people or nobody. I often see some small activity on a server, but the biggest activity is in the form of chats on ... Discord (optimistic) or total inaction.

     

    This is not the time of OFP or even ArmA 2. It is sad, but true and will not change even enthusiastic, optimistic enchantment or the deception of reality. For older players, I suggest to recall the number and status of clans in OFP and compare this with the situation in ArmA 3.

     

    EDIT:

    It is enough to compare the number of users (their activity) on Discord, groups on Steam, forums to the number of users on the game servers (which are mostly empty) to see the scale of the phenomenon. Of course, some of the registered users are just observers who often do not have time to play, are waiting for some changes and / or have other objective reasons but with this population size there should be no problem with filling the server especially at the weekend and occasional announced events, so something it's very wrong.

     

    Many people (colleagues) with whom I "played" in ArmA 3 more and more often leave ArmA 3 and move to other games.

    Currently, this game is intended for groups specializing in cooperative missions but also have problems especially with AI artificial intelligence and for players who like ordinary riot.

    I do not know what's happening with this game lately. For about a month this game is slowly but systematically "rotting". A similar graphic issue appeared on the forum https://forums.bohemia.net/forums/topic/212886-graphic-bug/ which also appears in my presence but in a different form.
    The problem of the "white" building is currently permanent for me, but the problem with trees and bushes has different intensity which changes in random mode to more or less visible. The problem with drawing the shape, textures is visible even in night mode with the use of night vision goggles. Driving any vehicle is a nightmare for my eyes. In addition, after a while playing and when the number of server users is slightly below 10 and more than ten users are often massacre then the FPS drops to around 30. Normally, the worst is when shooting with an approximate view of the target. Even if I have over 40 FPS, I see stuttering, lag. Very often jet aircraft, helicopters heavily lag (temporarily jump) in the most visible way. I am not a child and I can take care of my system and computer. I do systematic cleaning and updates and monitor its work parameters. I change and check the memory allocators.
    My rpt files have grown very big and contain errors that are unlikely to look the best. Some of them are mission (server) errors.
    I often use small additions CBA_A3, ShacKTac User Interface.
    I have not had so many problems with the game for a long time. It does not matter on which server I play because I always feel the drop in game fluency.
    The biggest and most visible problems are during the multiplayer game.
