updated on steam, - fixed the script error issue caused by an arma update An2 An2 Upgrade Since this comes in two parts as of recently and the difference on steam and here is causing too much confusion- I present it in 2 parts from now on I understand that splitting these addons might cause some headaches, it is a license thingy though. This allows me to give away the base planes source code more easily, while keeping the special upgrade things like seaplanes safely away in another addon : )

Thx for the feedback, Yes indeed, the canopy is connected to the aircraft speed. I want to have it automatic for myself as I am lazy and I like having it open on ground. Still, I am experimenting with it, and for the F9F I plan to connect it to engine RPM, so engine on=closed. Yes sounds. Maybe some day. The code is actually there but does not seem to work as intended. All we get right now is a different sound when applying thrust.

THE TRIPODS INVASION EARTH !
DSabre replied to Troffmeister68's topic in ARMA 3 - ADDONS & MODS: DISCUSSION
My old little mod project may be of some assistance. I can give you my source code if you are interested. I just made the legs on mine move a little back and forth, they are tanks actually. So far I did not get around to fix them up properly, the AI is unable to move them as they turn too quick and I did not find the proper setting to reduce the turnrate yet. I have plans to continue once I get bored of my planes and will stick to the concept of making it look like a real bad B movie. -
playing around with glass maybe not realistic, but I kinda like it
-
I think I have included them all. You could probably make one easily if you want. The gimp texture template is in the flight gear pack and can be found in post #3
-
dlang, I think I may have found the problem my glass had. Thx for making me look at it again. Some vale was not 100 but 1. Probably a , / . problem again : ) I just hope I wont overdo the new found possibilities : ))

Stampe SV.4 Version 0.8 updated materials and you can open the cowlings when you stand near the prop (Btw, this is the plane Indiana Jones used to escape from the Zeppelin)
-
nicee, ty. Hope you like the new update. How did you manage to keep these guys in formation? Is it players or AI?
-
And here we have Alpha Jet version 0.6 changelog: - added new seats - changed the materials - fixed some broken seams - cockpit changes
-
Version 0.9 added F9F Panther armaments added Fiat G.91 armaments fixed Zeus compability
-
Public Test Fiat G.91 Version 0.6
-
Public Test Release Grumman F9F Panther Version 0.6 requirements are the aircraft lib AND the alpha jet : )
-
Finally a screenshot and not a request for some other plane, ty : ) no it is a suboptimal glass definition. Whenever I find out how to make it look nicer I will update it on all planes (which is easy since the glass definiton is in the aircraft library for most of them)

and here it is Grob Astir Version 0.7 ---- fixed
-
Let's jump to Robin DR-400 version 0.8 PS: My steam versions sometimes turn into the development branch and might get updated a few times in a few hours (I will always post a zip here a bit later when I have reached a 'stable' version)
