  2. Who Are We? Air Combat Command (ACC) is a United States Air Force based Milsim unit comprised of multiple Squadrons including Fixed Wing, Rotary, Rescue, and Infantry. During our Operations we hold ourselves to a certain standard, while also understanding this is a game and making sure everybody is having fun. Every Squadron has a set of responsibilities to accomplish while working together seamlessly when necessary. Outside of Operations we’re all a big group of friends from all over the globe. We have members currently serving in the Military, some Retired, and some in the Reserves, from every branch. Squadrons: 24th Special Tactics Squadron (24th STS) - Essentially the guys on the ground who call in airstrikes for all of our support aircraft. 48th Rescue Squadron (48th RQS) - Comprised of two Elements; Archangle and Pedro Flight. Archangle is the team of Pararescueman serving mainly as Combat Search And Rescue, as well as emergency on-the-ground medical support.   3. Who are we? The 3rd Special Forces Group is currently a small group of people who got together and wanted to have some fun while still remaining fairly realistic when it comes to operations. We all like to goof around and have fun, but when we get into operations, we know that it's time to do business. We have a wide range of ages and ethnicity, and don't discriminate against anybody. What are we looking for?   4. So, I'm trying to make a training mission that will be open to any additional mod you decide to use (Vehicle, Weapon, Uniform, etc.) And I'm set up the virtual arsenal for gear, that's easy. But now I want to have a menu option to spawn vehicles on an object, let's just say a flag pole for example. When you select this option, it brings up a menu like the VA vehicle garage so you can select any vehicle you want, including any mods you have enabled. Is this possible, and if so how do I go about doing it? The simpler the better, but if it's a complex thing I'm willing to go through the trouble. Thanks in advance!

    "Spawn Vehicle" Option

    That's neat, but I was looking for a way to open the Virtual Arsenal Garage, similar to how you would put in "0 = ["AmmoboxInit",[this,true]] spawn BIS_fnc_arsenal;" to open the Virtual Arsenal.
  6. For some odd reason, no buildings or anything are showing up. Seeing as I'm new to this, it's probably a super simple fix. Any ideas?

  8. I decided to do something different, and rather than just taking photos, I made a backstory and report to go along with them. Hope you enjoy.   10. Ominous Gaming Ominous Gaming [OG] is a new community looking for people who want to take Roleplay to the next level. Founded by James Pham, [OG] already has around 25 members, gaining more everyday. Ominous Gaming isn't completely new, however. It did exist previously, but was shut down. Now we're back! Here at Ominous Gaming, we have a great team of Developers, Staff, and a great Community. We're working to develop new content every single day, and we have some very unique things. We have custom Police & EMS Uniforms and Vehicles, as well as custom Civilian clothing and vehicles as well. The Roleplay here is beyond amazing. There are so many opportunities. How will you live your life? When I said we have things you can't find anywhere else, I wasn't joking. Have you ever wanted to be a Lakeside Marshal? Look no further! What about a limo driver? We have that too. And we plan to keep adding more things to do, such as Wildlife Officers. The options are endless. Want to be a criminal? Go rob the bank, or do runs of Cocaine, or Marijuana. Out Law Enforcement has a great structure. Work your way up the ranks and divisions, and get to where you want to go! But Roleplay isn't the only thing we offer here at [OG].     Alrighty, it's been a little while. The server is doing well, we have quite a few people on the server daily, we have active devs (me being one) We have roleplay opportunities that other communities don't. We recently changed our Teamspeak from Villayer, because as mentioned before, Villayer sucks and isn't very reliable. So we switched to another provider, with the new IP - ominousgaming.ts.nfoservers.com - Just connect, talk to staff/Support to get your tags and addon info, download the mods and hop on in the server. We have great people, and we're looking for more :)

    Actually, we've been up for over a week with no problem. Constructive criticism is welcome, but if you're gonna come on the thread just to be rude, get something better to do with your life. Thanks :) The only time I post on this thread is when I have a legitimate update. I'm not "bumping" the thread, and if you consider that bumping, then go take a look at every other thread on this forum. There's a reason I'm not banned yet.

  19. Here at Arma-Life, we have great plans to implement content no other community has. We have great developers working hard every day to make this content. We're a newer community, but we already have over 150 players, and gaining more everyday. All you have to do to get into our server is head over to Arma-Life Forums; http://www.arma-life.com/forums/and make a civilian application. After your application has been accepted, complete your interview, download our modpack and you can begin your adventures. At Arma-Life we have endless amounts of things you can do. We have a structured Police Department with multiple sub-departments. We have our Emergency Medical Services you can join, you can even join or create a gang. You can be a drug dealer, or street racer. Or you can take the legal path and become a lawyer, maybe even a Judge. The options are endless. All that's required is your imagination. What will you be?
  20. Hey, guys. I've recently decided I want to get into retexturing clothing and uniforms, and possibly go on to make my own uniforms later (way down the road) So far, I've already retextured the uniform, which was the easy part. The hard part is the config. I've managed to actually get the uniform into the game, but when I go into the Arsenal and select the uniform, I'm naked. No uniform on at all. Any clues on how to fix this? cfgWeapons and cfgVehicles will be below. I don't know how to make a spoiler, so pastebin will have to do.     Retextured Config

    Hey, I ended up fixing that. The uniform is in game, and for my first retexture I think it looks rather good. Now I'm onto re-texturing a vest. I got the texture in game, that's working fine, but the armor value is messed up.     Retextured Config

    Okay, so I figured it out, I'm no longer naked or invisible, the uniform is ingame, except the camo pattern is not on the right uniform, and I don't know why. https://gyazo.com/4846e1ea917017293783b01e1d4b118d As you can see, the template for the uniform I made, and this uniform are obviously not the same, as well as the fact that the uniform I was meant to be using has built in pads on the knees. I don't know where I went wrong to be honest.
  23. Hello everybody! Today, I introduce to you RGM -WIP- The purpose of this mod is to bring in more modern gear to the already great game. I realized that the only plate carriers in the game were really bulky, they just aren't realistic for what most Military departments use these days (And yes, I realize the game is in the future). So, I thought to myself, why not go ahead and make some of these myself? That's exactly what I did, I already have several things planned out such as: Crye Precision JPC LBT 6094 Helmets Many, many more The first thing I started working on was the JPC.     I'll probably message you about it soon, because that could definitely help a lot, especially the measurements. Yet another update, been super sick, still dealing with personal issues, but still, this mod is not dead, I assure you. More news soon, I'll keep this up to date.

    Haha. The only reason I want one of them is for making models. I'm not big into texturing, I just want to put out a high quality mods for people to use, because there really is a lack of good gear mods, modern gear at least.
