Teriyaki, I was wondering if it was possible you could combine your chest rig over the ballistic vest you're working on. It'd be perfect for early OEF kits

Hey Spectre, any chance we can get the NATO uniform and a vest in grey? I know we have the coveralls but grey fatigues would be appreciated too if you found the time. Love the pack! -

Ya the engine limitation is a bummer. The combined peq15 and m3x would be ideal. Track down Warlord, he's got similar plans for a light/laser combo and had figured it out last I heard as well
-
Out of curiosity, For your own rail config, were you planning on figuring out how to have more than one rail attachment? I saw you have the m3x light planned (finally someone's making it lol)

Ya sorry about the confusion bro. From my understanding, the L has all the upgrades that the B's have except it's got a lighter reciever (titanium I believe) among other lightweight parts. My squadron in the AF had half a compliment of the new L's and the other half were still our old M240B's that we were slowly cycling out. Granted we weren't a regular cop squadron, but I've seen quite a few soldiers rocking it and I figure if we were getting it in the blue side, then the army was well on their way adopting it. And forgive me for any misspellings or grammar errors, I've had beer and the promise of adult fun time with the missus in the next few mins, so my mind is elsewhere ;) But as always I'm blown away with how much you have on your plate and yet still find time to knock out updates and such!

Hey Eric, so if I could make a suggestion on the M240, any chance you can drop us the M240L? A lot of mods already have the B, and the L as I'm sure you know are slowly replacing em (even in AF cop squadrons surprisingly). Though it'd mean abit of modeling for you I'm sure, the L would be very appreciated.

I've noticed this issue as well but when in the gunner position of an AH64 wearing a heli kit. This was before RHS' release so it may be more related to the GPNVGs than RHS- 16550 replies

Maybe, my rig isnt the hottest set up, but shes no slouch. Runs max at 50-60fps and the textures look fantastic for RHS. So optimization may be the culprit -

Hell ya! Congrats Zee! I know that this is a huge step forward for the mod and arma 3!

Agreed, it's a little silly how female models were backburnered by BI What's more soothing and morale boosting to the chimps on the ground than hearing a woman's voice check on station to deliver some CAS for ya?

It wasn't a well structured test, just messin around in VA in my excitement. Using RH's M9 I found I got one hit drops to the chest and back at approx 25m on in. Again I was using the LKR ammo configs so I'll do some fiddling and testing more accurately today and find if that was creating the issue or no. But did I mention how damn good everything looks? A couple highlights for me was how y'all have the uniform textured to be slightly faded, something the rip stop fabric in our BDUs were known for and gave the appearance that the uniforms were not new and had been well worn. Another was the opscore helmet with the cover. Drop dead gorgeous Can't wait to see what y'all have in store next!
-
Did a quick test last night and it appears that the MBAV doesn't provide protection. But I am running the LKR ammo configs so that may play into it. I'll retest using vanilla values and report back

RHS Escalation (AFRF and USAF)

Gripping the AK at the receiver is actually one of the taught ways for a reason. Though gripping by the handguard is the best and most stable way, the AK family is notorious for getting hot quickly and becoming very unpleasant to hold. Gripping the receiver above the mag is a way to get around this. Even on my AK with the troy handguard, squid grips and gloves, 7 mags in and I'm burning my gloves. But plum furniture would be sexy- 16550 replies
