    Hello! First of all, let me thank you for your great work! Our small group enjoying your awesome missions since Arma 2 (the day-off mission in forest at night was breathtaking!) and it's really nice to see them coming into Arma 3. :cool: We almost finished your pack and have a few little suggestions (if you wouldn't mind): 1. Quality of RU and NATO SF Weapons pack is well... mediocre especially for marksmans, their scopes are completely off (well, I was told they are). There is an amazing CUP Weapon Pack and it's made really well (apart form some minor issues that currently being fixed AFAIK). Could you please consider replacing current weapons with CUP ones in future? 2. Support of Authentic Gameplay Modification. We truly enjoyed your missions with ACE and while right now your missions are working more or less fine with AGM, some intervention via debug console is still required and it would be awesome to have the same experience in Arma 3 out of the box. Yet again, thank you for your great work! We are totally looking forward for new missions.

    In VBS. It's not the same as ArmA and sadly BI refused multiple times to implement some features from VBS in Arma. I'm sure they had a reason to refuse though.Bohemia Interactive and Bohemia Interactive Simulations are different companies with HQ in different countries IIRC.
  4. The problem with 3D optics is that current implementation is subject to improvement at best. Personally, between unrealistic and at times extremely frustrating sway and narrow FOV I choose the last one because at least I won't find the reticle in the upper right corner of the screen. :)
  5. Isn't it's impossible to implement 3D scope with magnification in Arma? Current pseudo-3D sniper scopes aren't much different form A2 ones, they even less realistic.

    Authentic Gameplay Modification

    Hi folks, I've stumbled across a small problem: is there a way to determine whether player is conscious or not? I've looked into the sources and while there are functions to knock certain player out or wake him up, there seems to be no obvious way to figure out is he already knocked out. Am I missing something? :)

    IMO CWR2 is more finished and professionally done than vanilla Arma 3 up to the present date. ;)

    After seeing all those heated arguments under every news article concerning some question of politics or ongoing conflict, the possibility of such fights appearing in Arma scares me a little bit. Maybe it's just me. :) If so, nevermind my previous post. :D

    Just found that there are flags of Ukrainian — let's put it mildly — pro-Russian activists. I think including these is not a very good idea. Politics is not a very pleasant thing and IMO it's better to not bring it into the game. :)

  16. Yeaaaah, it's so sad that there is no ACE for Counter-Strike 1.6.You should consider buying Battlefield with that attitude.

    Totally agree. Though I understand and share the anger of modders, ability to learn on other's work is crucial to Arma and denying this ability will be an end of the line for the series.On the other hand, BI's inaction doesn't helps either.

    Um, that's strange because none of us ever installed CSE. Thank you for sharing the information though! :) By the way, we got new guy who just upgraded his PC and installed fresh Arma 3 (he didn't played it since last spring) and he encountered this bug the moment he launched Arma with different modset (w/o RHS).

    Amazing quality, Purple, thank you for your work! :D Just tried it and it works great! One minor thing though: IMO final phase of reload animation (placing hand on fore-end) is a little bit slow. :)

    What do you want to see in the expansion?

    More features because almost all content that our group uses is coming from mods. :) But some new interesting terrain (Northern Europe or US/Canada) would be nice addition.

    Arma 3 Sound Missing in Multiplayer

    Okay, we just tested it without PWS launching game through Steam and selecting mods from "Expansions" menu and result is the same. We even tested it with yet another player who hasn't experienced this problem until today — still same result, we can't hear shots and see flashes until we have same modset. I was using AGM, RHS, TFAR, CBA, AIA TP and second player disabled RHS and TFAR (they weren't necessary for mission). Everything returned to normal the moment he enabled them. It seems that using PWS or Steam doesn't make any difference. :( Unsubscribing form all Workshop content didn't fix the issue either.

    Well, we just tried this again with a new player (who hasn't experienced this bug earlier) and result is the same — folks with same mods can see and hear eachother shots, but the new guy (who was missing all HLC packs, Task Force Radio and used AiA instead of AiA TP) couldn't hear other players shots (except mine for some reason, I was admin but we were playing on dedicated server) and neither can we hear his shots. I really hope that Bohemia will look into this.

    Arma 3 Sound Missing in Multiplayer

    From my observations, small client-side mods like Virtual Arsenal (and probably JSRS) doesn't cause the bug but missing AGM/RHS/Task Force Radio do. I'm not sure which mods exactly were the cause of the issue because we were playing with same modsets except one or two times. Since that bug just occured out of the blue difference in mods may not affect it at all but we were able to play for four hours yesterday (different missions with and without respawn, RHS and HLC packs) without any problems. My friend and I tried vanilla launched through Steam (we usually use PWS) and everything worked fine for us but we played around 5 or 10 minutes so I can't say for sure.
