Looks like I was missing the Recruit step? I wasn't able to get anybody in my squad until visiting the Recruit building. Unfortunately, assigning them roles completely jacked them up. For example, assigning the "Medic" role to a soldier changed all of his gear to modern gear. Is there a way to change or edit their gear after you've recruited them?

Is there a tutorial somewhere on how to create groups? I'm trying this in SP for the first time, and I have 30+ soldiers, all Privates, and all listed as group leaders in separate groups. How can I create a squad?

Bah, I figured it out. Evidently, I needed to copy those files over into the base directory. No crashes now.

I have an issue with TPW_Mods crashing my game @ launch. I'm getting the pictured error message, although I clearly have the file that it says it can't find. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Man, I love this addon, but I'm having an issue with my player being stuck in the 'Helicopter Taxi'. I gave the pilot an LZ location, which he marked on the map, then he went straight up into a hover and won't leave the hover. I have no options to eject or anything, so I can't even parachute out, I'm just stuck up there.

I was using VAC for a few days & then suddenly it just stopped working. I can go into the VAC Builder & Test Phrases and it recognizes everything that I say. I don't have any buttons to Activate or Deactivate so that it always listens. I have the blue P and the green O both on, indicating that it is working. I thought maybe I had installed a mod that interfered, so I ran Arma 3 with no mods & had the same result. I then reinstalled Arma 3 and still had the same result. Any ideas on this issue?
