  1. Is it possible to have a script that every one in a while split the ammo between the squad (except the player)? This is not much realistic but it would be an acceptable compromise I think
  2. It would be so cool to being able to pick up/drop weapons with wanzer (maybe in a way similiar to how aircraft change loadout). Don't know if it would work tho.

  5. If I remember well, the addon version has a check to disable itself if the script is running, so the script should prevail. I am not 100% sure tho. You should look somewhere in the old thread... You could also try to enable debug mode in the config, if it is enabled, then the addon version prevails, if not, the script prevails.

    Windwalking, I had a weird bug: I made a video but it takes now too long to upload it and I have to go back to college. I use your mod (last version) and TPW's. At the end of a firefight, i was looking for the last opfor. I found him, standing and looking away from me. I draw my pistol and vent near him, I shoot near his feet and no reaction. Hoot all around him a pistol clip, but no reaction. I went right in front of him, no reaction. I shoot him in torso and he fell down, while he was standing up he shoot once missing me, I shoot him again and he was falling down dead, but while his body was on the groundm his mg begun to shoot in full auto, killing me (and the source of his bullets were coming from where he was standing, not the actual gun on the ground).     Did you try the "spectator mode" I suggested?

    During editor preview mission, press esc, in the menu click spectator, it should go back to game, press space, it will go in 3rd person, press * on numpad, to get free flying camera, press n twice to go in thermal mode and evaluate the ai. Remember you can even zoom a lot with +,-Hope it helps

    Yes, I would gladly do that, as I am able to use the editor. Unfortunately I will only be able to do that this friday, as now I am at university and I have not my gaming pc with me :(

    While I do really appreciate your efforts in testing this mod, I would like to give you a small suggestion. In my humble opinion the showcase is not a good way to test this mod, because while it is repetable and is equal for all users, it might contains scripts or orders/waypoints that change the normal behavior of units (as you suggested, leader is spamming orders). You should open the editor, place 2 squads in a place with some covers (like some city, or in the open with some fortifications added by you), then save the mission (maybe as ww_AIcover_test). To test the mod you should then use that mission. I would appreciate if you could share that mission here (so i could do some tests with the same conditions) and the results you have. I do not mean to be blunt or anything bad, I would like just to help :)

    Units seems to go to "aware" or "danger" if they hear a vehicle, even if it is a civilian vehicle. It might be the reason...

    Yes I did, and changed to 1 the option to have effect on player team :) Unfortunately I will have less time from now on to test the mod, as I am moving to the university apartment :(

    Yes I can confirm that the mod is working even if player is not squad leader. when player is squad leader, units go to cover, then immediately get in formation, then again go to cover if needed.

    w_playerTeamSuppression = 1 test. For what I see, when player is in the team (as a leader or not), the team doesn't use WW cover at all. EDIT: if the player is leader, the team uses cover routines. If the player is not the team leader, the team act like vanilla.

    Two interesting videos to show how units really look for the first possible best hard full cover instead of dropping to the ground. Ai thanks to WW is going in the right direction!

    @Bravo, you must delete the old version. the new patch tweaked the ai, but I suggest you to keep using this mod along with tpw's as these mods are long from useless :D I play Arma with latest dev build and the mod's works greatly

    Yes it works now, thanks! Yes they are now much more silent eheh :) I'll test it more now :)
