  1. If you mean the ship's bridge, then I have some here. http://halo.bungie.org/misc/sloftus_iactour/images/IAC-cutaway.jpg http://halo.bungie.org/misc/sloftus_iactour/images/IAC-bridge3.jpg The big chair in the middle is the command chair, the ones on the walls are operational workstations like Weapons and Ops. Nav would be directly in front of the CC. http://media.moddb.com/images/mods/1/13/12932/Bridge_Apoc.jpg This one is from ModDB but it seems to be following the same idea. http://halo.bungie.org/misc/sloftus_iactour/images/IAC-bridge6.jpg Those should help. If I'm wrong and you were talking about actual bridges then... Welp. :butbut:
  2. A quick question, if I may. Well, two questions. How much will you be modifying the Galil platform for your mod, in order to streamline the style? I have seen the screencaps of the current models in the OP, I'm just curious if there's more to be done or if you're staying with the Galil style as is? And what will the service designation for the rifle be? How will the Astorian military name their rifle of choice?
  3. My only complaint would be that the uniform shirt does not have what I consider to be the requisite number of breast pockets. There should be two on any BDU shirt, large enough to hold a map or something of similar size. Unless it is one that is specifically designed to be worn under body armour to prevent chafing, for which the name escapes me right now. But right now the single, small pocket seems out of place on a combat uniform, making it look more like a set of overalls than anything else. A minor gripe, but one I still feel is relevant. Everything else is stellar quality. Good job.
  4. Maybe you could try creating a sort of groove or aperture set of sights integrated into the top of the electronics suite housing. So you could create a small "cutout" over the top of the ammo-counter, which leads to a shrouded post foresight. So, for a very rough reference, it might look something like this: \I/ Where the slashes are the rear sight/aperture and the I is the foresight/post. It doesn't need to be massive, just functional. And perhaps you may still be able to see the ammo-counter while using them, negating the need to check your ammo level on the HUD when it's right in front of you. It would likely be more relevant for CQB than your average firefight, but it's good to have them there. Having the electronics suite as a removable module to the weapon could be useful as well. It would allow for different configs for the weapon loadout, and perhaps better sight/scope configurations. All of which you have likely thought of, I'm just thinking via the internet. >_> So you have the "factory standard" MA5C/MA37 with the complementary electronics and ammo-counter, but those can be removed and replaced with other attachments based on operation demands. And it would mean that people can use the ArmA 3 Gear Menu with the MA5C/MA37, which could be considered very restrictive weapons. That's a score!
  5. Would if I could mate. I currently have not played Arma 3, ever. My PC is too shitty and my awesomely specced Mac does not have Windows on it. Yet. :( The actual camos are pretty good, the shades and patterns blend nicely and do a good job of breaking up the outline when against a good surface. It's just some of the angles that don't quite work. For instance, it took me a good fifteen minutes to see the MulitTerrain guy in the first pic, but about fifteen seconds in the second. The difference was that rock he was close to. It provided an awkward contrast between the ground, camo and itself. A soldier would be aware of that and try to avoid it. However, I do think that the multi pattern needs a bit more work to get the colour balance right. Might I suggest trying a slightly lighter shade? It seems to work in some cases, less so in others. The desert pattern was good, just needs better placement for the showcase shot (I can understand you're a modder, not a photographer. If you are, well...). The woodland... I didn't see it for a good twenty minutes and he wasn't that far away. And even then, I'm only mostly sure that I can see him. I think you've done your job there. Overall, I can say that this is an excellent quality camo set. And number four reminds me a bit of the Resistance camo from way back in OFP. Not in the pattern, but the colour.
  6. I don't think you did the desert camo justice. The photo you have of the concealment test still shows a clearly defined human shape where the shoulder is, creating a deep shadow that draws the eye in a desert environment. Which then immediately draws attention to the straight lines of the rifle. So therefore I don't think that is representative of it's capabilities. I also am pretty sure I saw them all. I don't know whether that says good things about me, or bad things. Either way, I'm happy with myself.
  7. This is the moment one wishes that one had modding skills. I wish you the best of luck, sir. If I can get to an acceptable level of skill between now and you finishing up with this, I'll be sure to let you know. Also, a request if I may. Could you perhaps model and include the vaguely referenced UNSC Army Pathfinders? I love the concept and I can't help but feel that such a combat & reconnaissance unit would be perfect for killing Innies. But I understand if you say it can't be done, especially seeing as you probably have enough to be going on with already. And one last thing. Iron sights for the MA5C and MA37 ICWS? How would you implement them if so?
  8. You know you're a stalker when your first ever post on a forum is a good year after you joined, at least. And on a mod that will likely not be out for a while. >_> So anyway, I just dropped by to offer a quick gesture of support to you all for this mod/addon/faction/thing and to ask a quick question. I had a gander at the camo patterns you guys were showing a few pages back and I liked what I saw there (p.s. Go Flecktarn. Digicam is so overrated). My question is how many variants of pattern and colour are you intending to create for the Astorian Forces, all while keeping to the central theme in the pattern? For instance, will there be a desert version of the camo? Or perhaps a localised variant of MultiCam, like the British MTP or Australian AMP? I eagerly await your reply. I will return with my opinions and suggestions (Not that I expect you to listen) at a later time.
