not sure if this is known but, the cockpit Ambient Occlusion is messed up and creates visual bugs and black lines on my computer (steamworkshop latest release)
the way to fix is to not include alpha channels in that texture i think, also it would be cool if u can model visual collision lights and position lights using source="collisionlights","CollisionLightRed_source", etc, in model cfg. also good luck in ur wasp project! you got my vote

figured out BI added a way for doors to be opened by corresponding seat without scriping (taken from TOH). function has been added to the bell too.
unfortunately, clickable cockpit has not been transfered AFAIK

The light turret is controlled by the copilot using the cockpit's PIP display or built-in optics.

Hahaha soon the new TV cop series in Arma 3! Looking so good :)hehe i was actually surprised i got the two turrets to actually move with each other (the light and camera), i thought it was impossible in arma engine

an easy way to check would be to look at the class name of the uav in editor. then u go to config editor and go to cfgvehicles and that class name. scroll down and look at model and u will see the pbo there

What would be really cool if you could make it work with the new flying system.i will be making it with the new rotorlib system. the hard part is getting real life values and placing it within the system thus making it realistic

It seems as PhysX is broken with the new RotorLIB Helo class... I can land my chopper on water and let it float without rotorlib, but as soon as I enable it, it sinks into the water.

every time i add a small transparency somewhere in my texture, my whole texture becomes buggy where you can see stuff through it. I have tried PNG as well and it still doesnt work

My texture has a transparent circle in the middle of it that I need. It's TGA with 32bit no compression and _CA filetype.

Select all the glass textures and go to faces-move to top
