Friendly fire uk

Hello guys I have i7 3770k and struggle to get above 40fps on wasteland 50fps dayz Is there anything i can do to increase this? My full specs are I7 3770k Asus formula maximus v 2 x 660s gainward glh edition 32gbs 1333 mhz ram Windows 8 240gbs ssd 3 tb hdd Even with settings on normal or high still get low fps and have eddited files for draw distance etc And followed some guides for optimising to no avail Pls help :(
