    Try setting GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1 and GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=1 in arma3.cfg. Then disable V-Sync.

    Thats a shame, because by launching the game with your mod enabled I am then breaking your EULA, as a software developer this is not something in good faith I can do, so it looks like I won't be using it. When the game loads, the first thing it does is open the .pbo files, and by your license, we are not allowed to do this, therefore starting the game with your mod enabled is a violation of your own EULA. Additionally, your EULA is likely in violation of the CUP EULA "Everyone can make use of the work to build mods and missions on their own as long as they provide credits, shares their sources and keeps the same license." As you have changed the license, and CUP Is listed as a requirement, you are probably violating this, but I'm not a lawyer. This is why generic licenses exist, to avoid situations like this.

    Yeah, if your license prohibits actually using the item in-game (which, make no mistake, it does.) It sora defeats the entire point of the license since it's very unenforceable.
  4. Is anyone else having the problem where it seems very easy to make the vehicles explode when using 7.62 bullets? Like unrealistically quickly. I haven't noticed this problem in the MTVR mod.

  6. Hey, I noticed when playing with my clan the other day that the unarmed woodland humvee has trouble crossing bridges due to a collision issue, it breaks the vehicle. Can anyone else test this?

    Happening to me too, same issue as those described before me. From what I'm reading online it seems like this affects more than Arma :/ This is really making the game unplayable and I have pretty much everything in this thread (and others) to no avail. EDIT: Can anyone confirm this only happens in multiplayer?

    I have never been disconnected from a game I was in when the steam servers crash, even on games like tf2 which are made by valve. It simply removes your ability to gather items until, your connection is restored, and it means you cannot find a new server.

    Just curious, those who have problems with steam when was the last time you actually used it? While this may not be true for all, a lot of the issues you guys are bringing up are old issues and have been vastly improved over time. Please give it another chance before you spout your steam hate. I used to have problems with steam, but every single one has been fixed in either a patch, or by steam support within a day of me putting In a ticket. Again, this is not true for all, but if you have a steady internet connection you will probably have 0 problems on steam. If you do not have a static internet connection, then you may notice that there has been major improvements to the offline mode. Sorry about spelling, written from my tablet.

  18. That sounds like a horrible idea, you wouldn't be able to make quick movements around corners at all. I can see the use on maybe an Xbox controller where a key modifier and a system like this would work, but keep in mind on an Xbox controller you have 2 thumb sticks, not a single mouse, that changes a lot. I get shot enough by being bogged down by Arma's clunky movement and this would just be adding another layer to an already clunky system. This doesn't even take into account that in Arma 3 many new stances will be added, which will surely complicate things even more. The current system works, it isn't broken, why fix it?

Hey guys, I was making a mission a little while ago and found that making a unit the rank of "Colonel" seems to make it so they cannot call support/missions etc, the only fix I found was to change the ranker to the lower rank of either Sgt or Lt, is there a config file I can modify to change this? Sorry if its been changing in a recent update, I haven't updated yet and just recalled having this issue. Thanks Alex.
