Greetings. I was in Agia Marina yesterday and was testing all keyboard buttons to see if I could move where the GPS is located on the screen (the right ctrl+M gps) while testing, I had 25-30 fps, and I clicked a button and suddenly a windows error came up (arma 3 was not closed, but it was minimized) telling me to close programs to not loose data. I ignored that message, because I was actively monitoring the CPU and Vram usage on a second monitor and it was well below max. Anyway, when I maximized Arma 3 again, I had 55-60 fps and GPU usage had gone from 25-40% on each GPU (of which I have 2x 7970's) to >90% on each GPU. This makes me believe that it is not a huge workaround for BI to make this game more optimized.

done that a whole lot of times, I remember gaining some 10 fps in arma 2, but not noticed it in Arma3

Do what? because I am not sure what I did to make it happen :)

My friend saw some ingame screenshots of the vehicles and he said something that bugged my mind. He said that the vehicles looked like they were really new, no dents no dirt or dust. Especially the Helicopters. "we" thought it would be a good idea, if the vehicles would atleast have some dirt/dust on them from the spawn. Would make them look less like "model airplanes"

Hi. I recently reinstalled windows 7 on two SSD's in raid 0. Before I did this, I had it windows and Arma 2: CO on a single SSD. (V-sync had no problems with this) after installing the game and patching it up with 1.09, 1.11, 1.60 & 1.62, I launched the game. I put the options how I wanted them and started the game. I noticed that I was having alot of screen tearing and started up MSI afterburner to monitor my FPS while playing. I was having FPS way above 60 even though my V-sync was enabled in the game, I then quit the game and forced V-sync on through the drivers. also that did not work. I doublechecked the Arma2oa.cfg file to check if Vsync was indeed enabled and it was. Any hints on what I can do to resolve this, as it is using my GPU's way more than it needs to and I am having intensive screen tearing. Thank you.

I have 2x 7970's in crossfire. I have tried having Only V-sync enabled in the game and set bu application in CCC. I have tried having both V-sync enabled in the game and always on in CCC. I have tried having V-sync disabled in the game and always on in CCC. I have also tried 3 different drivers (including the one I had previous to windows reinstall), with no change
