    Sample "bust" not weighted

Yes, file name is bust.p3d and "bust" is defined inheriting ArmaMan.
  2. Hi guys, I'm trying to edit the mesh of the head i.e remove a few faces around the neck, but when I try to just copy + paste the bust.p3d from samples_F, it sits in between the legs. I've checked and gone through the selections and everything is weighted fine. Has anyone else had issues with using the sample head, or can someone check bust.p3d in the samples to see if I'm missing something? It's not the model.cfg since I've binarised with one of zee's heads from his beards and female head pack and it is properly weighted in-game.
  3. 3rd Brigade 3rd Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment Korea, Vietnam and Afghanistan "Old Faithful" The 3rd Battalion is a realism unit for ArmA 2.Based off the 3rd Brigade's 3rd Battalion, we strive to follow history as closely as possible. Our deployments include Afghanistan, Vietnam and Iraq. The diverse historical deployment of the 3rd Battalion allows for a variation in units and maps for the unit; we utilise the AAW modpack, CLAfghan map and more historically, the Vietnam: The Experience Mod. As well as allowing for historical gameplay, the 3rd Battalion also utilises the historic paratrooper role of the 3rd Battalion. Our Basic Combat Training is conducted by instructors off a thorough document; designed to be fun while teaching core mechanics of ACE and tactical conventions. While we do not enforce strict out-of-game conduct, we do expect a high level of maturity and realism when partaking in deployments and operations. Proper CoC, addressing etc must all be followed when in-game. We require the following of members in the 3rd Battalion: - There is no age limit. Behaviour speaks for maturity. - Teamspeak 3 - Willing to download addons - Availability to attend operations and deployments (+10 UTC, AEST) ArmA 2 OA Modpack The modpack should be downloaded via SixUpdater; if you are unfamiliar with launching ArmA 2 OA with mods, or using SixUpdater, you should seek the help of a unit member, or even better - Google and YouTube. @ace @acex @aaw_core @aaw_ace @clafghan @tpwcas @acre @jayarma2lib @cba_co Join Us The 3rd Battalion is a mature, friendly unit that is accepting anyone who can dedicated some of their time to the unit. Ivory Aircraft

Yes, Mukcep did release a pack of AlphaSim models. He also released a pack of payware conversions that were deleted from YouTube, ArmAHolic and the BI Forums. I have reason to believe everything except the Yak-42 is actually permissible to be converted, and is freeware. The 737 even contains PMDG sound files which match up both HASH wise, and sound wise, to the sound file in my FSX directory.

What is the source of the model and sounds used for the 737, 747 and Yak-42?
  6. I saved the mask and sat map as 32 bit files and guess what, it worked! Thanks. For anyone else who is experiencing this problem, make sure your mask and satellite map are saved in 32 bit format!
  7. Hello, I've made my height map, imported it into Visitor 3, I also have my satellite map and mask at 2560 x 2560. I also have my layers.cfg and SurfaceMapLegend all in the same directory. So when I load up the .pew Visitor file, it loads fine I can see the terrain contours and open it up in Bulldozer and I can see the terrain and placed objects just fine, but when I go to Tools > Import Satellite + Mask it asks for my layers.cfg, which has all the correct directories and files, so I load that in, then it asks me to save the .rvmat files as text or binary, I choose text, it asks me for my satellite map, I put in the satellite map, it then asks me for the mask and I put in the mask. It then proceeds to show the loading screen and crashed nearly straight after the loading screen is shown. Why is Visitor 3 crashing as soon as the loading screen comes up? If you need references to any of my files, ask me. Thanks. P.S I have exactly followed Mondkalb's Terrain Tutorial (http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Mondkalb's_Terrain_Tutorial) and am upto the last part of detail textures.

  9. Okay this is all solved. I fixed the problem by simply going to the View tab in Steam and going to tools and finding the ArmA II Operation Arrowhead dedicated server. Then it was in my ArmA directory. The BattleEye problem was fixed as well.
  10. I have looked everywhere for it, downloaded countless patches for ArmA II hoping the server would be installed with the patches but nothing worked. All I can find is the Linux Dedicated Server for ArmA II Operation Arrowhead 1.60. The official thread for the dedicated servers links me to the wiki, which for Windows ArmA II Operation Arrowhead's server links are dead. I am also now getting Battleye Initialization errors when I start up my server, I have the configuration file all good and BattleEye is placed correctly. Can someone just upload a package of all the files I need to run a server? This is REALLY getting to my nerves.
