If ARMA 2 is cpu depedent, shouldn't my cpu usage be alot higher? like near 100%? Also, sum guy on the steam forums has the same issues as me. Source

For sum reason, ARMA 2 uses like less than 70% of my cpu. Also sumtimes it doesn't fully use my gpu. I have a Q8400 2.66 ghz and hD 6970
