Hi all, well since the latest update for battleye, my server .. now .. officially doesn't want to start :( So far I have tried the following; Disabling firewall + update to 1.6.3 Re-installing the game + disabling the firewall... And yet the problem still persists... The thing is though, when trying to launch a mission, the arma server console spams the mission name trying to load .. every second, so my question is, what has gone wrong?! Image: As a result as said in subject, its stuck on Wait for Host... Any help is appreciated.

Solved it... It had something to do with the -ip command parameter since the 1.63 release. Anyone got any information on that as to why it's doing that?

Hi all, me again. I was wondering if someone could explain to me how to allow certain addons to my server? (sound mods preferably) I found this guide once on how to set it up, but it did not work, unless I did something wrong.. lol Any help is appreciated :)

Can't players still hack through that method though, like get the bikey to mask one of their own addons?

Well I am completely baffled, the server keeps.. randomly closing its self, no errors, no nothing it's like someone just went on the server and shut it down, yet they wouldn't of seeing as I am the only one who has access to the server. Any help is appreciated!

As said, there isn't any errors mate. And it's a desktop access so idk what could be up, I don't know if it's because it times out or something, so far it hasn't shut down since I posted this, But then again that's because I left the remote desktop connection open, the server its self doesn't shutdown, everything I had opened on it last time is still open except for the server. Really weird though.

Hey all, well I really hope you can help me.. My brother has been banned on my server for some reason I really don't know... Any who I tried to see if he was on the ban list by typing in bans in the RCON tool, and it doesn't even say his GUID there, nor his IP, although it shouldn't say the IP as we're on the same IP. But yeah, I am out of ideas, anyone else ever had problems like this? It doesn't even say that he's trying to connect to my server when he connects, well.. it says it in-game but not on the RCON :S Totally lost in what the issue could be :/ Any help is appreciated! Note: He can connect to other servers alright, just my one he can't, he was able to in the past a dozen times but yeah.. Not now :S P.S. To mods; If this is the wrong area to post this, then please could you move it to the appropriate forum, thanks.

Hey, well first off I don't know if this is the right area to be posting this, if not then I apologise in advance and request that it be moved to the appropriate forum, thanks. Any who I was wondering if anyone would know how to remove the close/open hatch button preferably for the passengers. If someone could post a code for a rookie such as myself then it'd be greatly appreciated, if this type of thread isn't allowed then once again I apologise. Thanks in advance.

Don't know if this has already been suggested but; You should make it so when you switch from/to copilot seat in the helicopters it should look like how you would actually move over instead of it instantly moving you over, possibly a timer to it also (To obviously stop you from taking control until your fully over) Also if say the pilot gets shot out (I guess this is why move seat was added), should also animate the pilots door opening and obviously throwing the body out :P May seem like a stupid idea, but that's just my opinion.

First of I hope I am posting in the right area, and I am hoping this post is allowed :j: Any who this may be a stupid question, but when purchasing Arma 3 Alpha, it mentions "ARMA 3 FULL GAME", clearly this is obvious for the testing, but does this also mean that the people who purchase Alpha version do they get the game when it's fully released? o-o Thanks in advance. - Dha12oks

I have read that part, and bolding it out isn't nice, I just wanted confirmation.

Hope I am posting in the right area lol (Not seen it on the wish list, nor heard of it being said), but what about adding inverted control for flying, because on Arma 2 there was an inverted option (of course) but it was only in use for the entire game and not 2 separate mouse control actions. I really miss inverted control for shoot ups when it comes to flying, so hopefully this hasn't been suggested already, or it isn't already implemented (If it has then I apologise).

I don't seem to get any more problems with Arma any more (Other than CO problem, but I'll create another topic for that) :) Please lock

Well, let me go in to detail, I first had this happen to me right after I had problems with my PC, My PC was giving me BSOD, and right after that, nothing, not even FireFox was able to be ran, so I did a System recover back a good few weeks, and now when I join a server I get kicked for the stated reasons. Having Googling for a solution, I only found one, and it said about the Firewall or A-V that's causing this, yet I have checked my Firewall, and it's allowing Arma to be ran, and as regards to my A-V, I've put Arma on my exclusion list, so it shouldn't happen. Now, after this had happened, I decided to reset my PC, I did so, and when I go to join a game, Arma instantly crashes now. Is there any solution to this? or am I royally screwed? (Exuce my expression; just I've had a bad day) P.S. To Mods & Admins, if this is the wrong area to be posting this, then I apologise.

Apologises for late response, I'm receiving my new PC parts sometime this week, I will then again test Arma and see if the problem still persists. Edit: It may of been a fault with my PC, seeing as I've been getting BSOD randomly.

That's what I'm planning on doing atm, although my PC is really acting up, now Steam won't even load. As regards to Firewall, I did try and disable it, nothing happened. I'm going to reformat my PC to reinstall windows. Because everything is really acting up, I'll update you further regarding this depending if it'd fix it or not, either that or something it wrong with my PC completely.
