Give the guy a break most vehicles would be linked to weapons in some way for ammo types and other things like missiles tow aa and other bits so its maybe best to wait out and stop hassling the guy -

I wish I can use Sangin, so is it possible to use it with this? Sangin has worked for me since day 1 of the alpha without aia, all I done was get the pbo's needed to run it and run them as an addon if anything this pack throws up errors for missing clutter and plants from the pmc dlc addons that don't seem to be in here. So the get around is put just the pmc plants roads and structures in with this pack and you should be good for no errors on sangin Not to hijack this thread but wait out as sangin A3 is nearly here so hopefully ill just swap the missing clutter to a3 clutter and then should run fine with this pack. Cheers op great job on the terrain pack. -

When I had a poke around the lcs if your talking about the lower deck when you get near the rear doors there is about 3 or 4 roadway pieces missing that is why you fall through the lower deck before reaching the doors top deck I have not fallen through yet. -

Im only toying with the configs and proxys the credits go to the guys before me that have made it the thank's would go to buckfast and his guys as he is the guy that gave us the mlods and permissions to use and port them to A3. The plane does feel light I will try have to look at the a2 c130 config to match the same values to get it more weighted to the size of it, I won't promise though as got a lot on my plate at the moment. I am just learning really while I get it functional for A3 so I can in turn get a lot of the models me and a few mates have been working on for the HM Forces M.O.D pack we would like to release in the future. -

It definitely is nice to fly matey ill pm you what I have so far if you want to test it buckfast, still a way to go as if i leave the plane as simulation= plane the geometry lod you can walk through still but if i use simulation=planex then there is some geometry to it for wheels and cargo door on the rear I have made a second geometry lod and only used arma2 tools as a3 tools keep conflicting with the a2 tools but slowly getting there. -

Got to agree that frames have halved for me too and also some guys from our gu. our server was on the dev build I got 60fps mac got 120fps when our server had to revert back from the dev to the stable build i then got 30fps mac got 60fps it halved when the new update came out I thought good I would get back my 30fps that had been good in the dev build but no its still the same 30fps what happened in the devbuild between the pre stable update and the devbuild. The question to be asked did all of the optimisations actually get in the stable or are we missing something here as pre stable release the dev build was running good after the stable build was released we now have bad fps in MP and SP. -

Also marshall law has been used numerous times in the us from the 1st time in New Orleans, Louisiana in the War of 1812 and the last time it was used would be when Katrina hit the us and police were disarming civilians in there homes or even Boston when they entered houses with no warrants to find the second bomber that was hiding, food for thought -

@buckfast cheers again mate I have them in a3 with out all in arma running actual sitting in cockpit now just wrong postions a little to high in cockpit I also need to sort out the physx for its geo lod but nearly there. -

Do you plan on incorporating these EOD and CIM addons back in if the authors port them in time as they made a big impact in mso we used to run, once the terrains are back in A3 eod was a vital part for mso in afghan terrains and the cim was the cream on top of MSO. As at the moment Alive feels like a more conventional war zone as mso for me was more counter insurgency which I do miss badly -

well show me what you have terrain wise as you have said you can do terrains . Why would anyone show you a portfolio when you don't have one your self, also there is no mention of how the prize would be shared by your mod team ie you. Seems to me that all the info is there the same as it was for me, accept I learnt as I went occasionally getting help from bushlurker and a couple of other lads but wanting people to teach you is a piss take do some reading just like the rest of us have had to learn when you get stuck ask a question. Marshall law would of been my suggestion with fema camps, 10 km x 10km is possible in the time frame if you use the right tools for the job Sierra leone was built in about a month for me at 10 km x 10 km also bovington at 5 km x 5km was done in under 20 hours so get your heads down and crack on sounds like a good mod to me -
@mankle hi mate i was not going to merge the model just open it up inside, the lhd has the cargo door on the back and space in there already for cargo just been checking each part is 1000-2000 polys per piece guess they have half done the inside, for planes its just a case of making the faces stretch to achieve a more realistic size for planes ive already opened up the space on deck were the roller shutter doors are and made it usable to enter exit it will do for storage and a briefing room. also maybe more proxys would be the way to go for the extra hangers and decks just a thought.

what would be nice is some proper documentation from bis examples and converting process with a bit more detail as like always were using old methods and there is only a couple of pages on the wiki and bi forums its not enough, especially when they want to hold a comp but lack the resources for newbies and vet's to find out how to do it or have to search the net for it, it should all be in one place. -

functional buildings police stations, fire station, government buildings, banks, offices, shops, warehouses, garages not petrol sort showrooms, street furniture, food items and any other items that fit shops as there is never enough when building terrains. I made over 100 models for belfast to make it look uk ish \NI from good old hedges to walls to driveways, when my hard drive comes back from the usa hopefully fixed ill chip in on a pack with you, I can't be arsed to start again so if the data is saved ill happily give them up. ps don't forget all the a2 models that can be used and retextured for any destination, sign wise -
