Doesn't Benny's use both Supplies and Dollars for upgrades? Haven't played that for a while.

Get the mod Mando's Missiles and fire up the editor. Just add the planes/choppers you want to try out. You can do this over and over again without any wait for cash. :) -

Other than third person view and Turn out the answer is no on your original question. Mumble is the best VoIP imo. But Teamspeak 3 and the mod ACRE are probably best when it comes to Arma 2 and realism. -

Come on guys! It's better if you make a MOD/new Warfare mission with these pretty big changes. Only being able to spawn at a friendly/teamleader or whatever could be horrible when pubbing. Not to talk about the free warping around. Maybe better in a competive setup, scrim or pcw or what ever. :) That's the good thing with camps. You can split up and take different towns. It doesn't matter that much if your team pals are complete idiots. :) Remember, I'm talking about public play. -

Yeah, agreed. 10 Metis guys 10 * 150 = 1500 against 4 Tusk's 4 * 8000 = 32000. Cheap tactic. I only use Tanks VS players to shell towns from far, far away. Any good solution for this? A limit on Anti-tank guys? Higher price? -

It worked great testing it out with a friend. I'm running W7 64bit but 32 bit Acre plugin and 32 bit Teamspeak. Differences in stability? Should I switch to 64-bit? My friend's TS crasched one time. -
I liked this very much yesterday. But not the suckers not paying attention to the ammo boxes. They ran around and cleared squares 4 km north of the next ammo box. For no good reason. We had approx six-seven hints, one being 50 m.... :/ They couldn't understand the value of this. "We need to clear this town!". Long after the ammo box there was blown away. Everybody should read the sneakybastard-guide. Keep up the good work! I will play Insurgency again, and again and again. :)

Wow, that was fast! :) With that fixed there is no need to make the air stuff any more expensive. It should fix the lazy "not capping a town once"-guys as well. Great work Gossa! If you need any help testing this you know where to find me. :) -
In the main menu: Multiplayer Create new (or similar) Switch to LAN Find the mission 05: Superpowers Disable some of the AI Play and learn CTI is pretty easy to learn and you can take towns at your own pace. OR Jump into MP and choose CTI in the filter thingy.

Some people like to do this cheap sh*t: 1. Joining mid/late game. They have like 100-200k. 2. Buying an A-10 or similar. 3. Being shot down. 4. Repeating step 2-3 til' money runs out. 5. Switching player slot. 6. Buying an A-10 or similar. 7. And so on. And the servers are never full. So there is many "never played" player slots. This lame tactic is the real problem here. And some players do this every night. Game breaking. Please look at Benny's and his player ID and implement that fast. In my opinion the only thing that need hasty attention in Gossamer's. Pre-EDIT: Need sleep. -
Yes! That's why I like bigger guns as m240, m249 and pkp. Fewer hits more deaths.

I love faster anims and hate when this happens. 1. Standing up, NLAW ready. 2. Boom one T-34 gone to h*ll. 3. Switching to m16. 4. Being shot at. 5. CAN'T go Prone 'cause of the switching weapon anim. 6. Dying. Yeah you need to go prone first and the weapon switches automatically. Good work BIS. And make this an official patch already. I wan't to play online with this! :) -
What if CryEngine was used as Arma 3 future engine?

I don't agree. Arma engine is very demanding even in small areas. Personally I think that it's better to build a good game around a good engine rather than the other way around. Arma 2 will always be limited by it's, hmmm, rather bad engine. Look at Battlefield 3 for example. Take Frostbite 2 and make a mod for it. Or Cryengine for that matter. That's a better way to go. BIS guys (and/or girls) are great at many things. But NOT when it comes to engines (physics, graphics). -

Cool sh*t! Got it to work after a while. Didn't work when put in a different folder than Arma 2: OA like other mods do. No big deal. Will try out this more in a more combat/battle situation. Again, thanks for this cool mod! And keep up the good work. :) -
Sounds very much like the one I was talking about. MP and that you started in a town. But it was impossible to actually defend it, with any sucess that is. I recall an old truck standing there. Not very much gas but better than nothing.

Sounds more like it! I do remember the name Convoy as well. Buggy? Something is always buggy with these games. :)
