Ok it seems to be working, would have been good if the game did this automatically instead of making me reinstall 4 times and trawling through forums, food for bought BI!

I have i7 920 6gb and gtx460oc and i cant run this game smoothly at 1920x1200 on any setting. 30fps is the max i get, considering how dated the graphics are why is the performance hit so big?

Ive just bought ARMA 2 off Sprocket (Combinied Ops) OA updated to 157 fine but Vanilla ARMA 2 updater (game ver currently at 105) from filefront mirror wont update/recognise the game. I am on my third install of this game and it still wont update, i get this message 'ArmA 2 is not installed on your computer or installation is corrupted '
