  1. In this example it is possible to do without the "black.pac" texture by simply removing that elements from "Fire Geometry". It will be absolutely same result.
    I can't understand why there is a geometry component in the hay location. Could it be that the damage is reduced by firing through these elements? Only then would it make sense.
    Another option (maybe) for using this texture with only one LOD "Geometry". In this case, LOD also serves as "Fire Geometry" (and "View Geometry"). 

     

    "black.pac" is used in vehicles "Fire Geometry" for fixing hitting to the glasses. So this is the better example of using this texture. There it is necessary to fix a hit, but a through shot.

  5. Maybe I'm doing something wrong or something I do not understand... But I have freezes game (black screen), when I run with these units:

    It requires some other addons or?

    Really cool thing!

     

    Some observations/propositions from my short tests:

    • activated OZ-1 should make a bigger smoke cloud - now it's really hard (from some distance) to see that it's going to blow in a few seconds
    • ability to take already placed OZ-1 - in case the enemy changes his attack vector
    • and maybe bigger trenches could be build only when more than one charge was used?

    And if I understood correctly:

     

    • If you see incendiary tube (blue), then OZ is activated. Not necessarily to see the smoke.
    • Activated OZ is an object not a weapon. It's a lot of work with scripts but we will think over this ability (scripting work - Lex-OFP).
    • It's too hard to implement... I think it's not necessary. A certain element of the arcade is admissible in this case.
