KoffeinFlummi, I've noticed an issue where the action menu has an extra invisible entry in it. After narrowing the cause down to initActions.sqf in the weaponselect pbo I realized that it seems to have to do with the "Ready Grenade" action, which I just noticed was missing from my action menu after having been there in a previous version. I guess this is because the above calls on line 51 in fn_addActionEventHandler (core pbo) where you're adding an action with a blank title? Hope this information helps with a resolution, thanks for your hard work on the best realism mod available! -

Question: I have some mods on my SSD in the base game's folder, but then I have another folder defined as "Mods Directory" in the game settings. Why do the mods on my SSD show as uninstalled? I've only copied them from my other folder to my SSD since they are common between groups that I play with. Can this behavior be corrected? -

This would be excellent. Don't get me wrong, I understand what you're saying and the cover system is a great feature, it just seems to get in the way for me. I actually like the vaulting (wish I could re-bind it though), but I don't need the cover system (it makes me lean out when I don't mean to) or the weapon resting (I prefer CSE and AGM's method of weapon resting, and the communities I play with all run one or the other) Thank you for discussing this with me. -

So default it to on? If a player doesn't like the cover system they shouldn't be forced to use it. Essentially the only way for me to not use the cover system while everyone else likes to use it is to quit the communities I play with and find new ones that don't use MCC. Unless you're saying that the player who does not use the cover system has an advantage... -

This is a pretty neat addon, but now that I've been in a community that uses it more frequently I've found some things I would appreciate being changed. Specifically in the MCC Module that the mission maker can put in the scenario there are options for vaulting and the cover system. These actions shouldn't be defined at the mission maker's whim, but should be a player specific option. The amount of times I've vaulted over something accidentally or leaned around or over something I didn't want to lean around or over became a few too many times last night. I've asked the mission maker not to enable it, but that's unfair to the people who like that feature. This is why it needs to be a client side option via the MCC menu, or through a userconfig. Thanks! -

Pls fix Is clafghan itself actually required? Also there are still some bushes and rocks on the road south of the airfield, although I suppose you might not have had time to read my last post in time for v1.1. -

Hey GreenBeret, I really like your island but I noticed some additional rock/tree on road issues, particularly on the road just south of the south airfield. Also it looks like there are empty parts of towns, do you plan to fill these things in at any time in the future? Thanks for all your hard work so far, again, this island looks REALLY awesome. -
Hey Edd1e, Co op weekends sound cool, actually co op anytime is even better :) Do you use any mods like ACE or ACRE? Do you use anything else to organize your group such as a forum or Steam? Facebook is not my thing.

Some time ago I was trying to use the LRR and had the same issue. While I was curious about something being off I just began to avoid the LRR thinking I was doing something wrong. I'm glad to know I was not. -

I noticed over the last couple betas that all the hard work that went into movement interpolation over distances has regressed back to pre 1.60 levels. Anyone else notice this? IMO forget "please". Why would I buy any new products from them if they can just take things away at will? We simply need to know if it's a mistake or not, guess I'll find out where my money belongs with 1.61 final. -

My DayZ story: Q:Can you tell me WHY DayZ is your favorite mod for ArmA2, and what is the thing that makes this mod so Awesome. A: DayZ is my favorite mod for two reasons. 1. because it has convinced BIS to provide even more support for ArmA2 through beta patches. These patches solve a lot of long standing problems and drastically improve playability in "the real game" (+ACE +ACRE). Something that ACE2 seemingly failed to do :( 2. Because it has brought a huge influx of new players to the community and so far I've seen a few who converting to ArmA2+ACE+ACRE when they get bored Q:Can you elaborate WHY you dont like the DayZ mod for ArmA2 ? ( im not searching for Zombie-shooter haters ) A: It's mostly a walking simulator and I was ultimately discouraged by the lack of a real goal. Simply put: it's boring and a timesink. -

How soon until we can get this Six Updater? I know it is now but afaik sickboy has to update the repo manually every time a new release is out and no offense to him but he lags behind lol So I guess my real question is, how soon until DayZ has a custom SU repo which always has the latest versions of the files? or Sickboy, how goes the progress on letting people manage their mods on the SU network directly? Thanks! -
