erh even ArmA3.com is doing strange things now, it does not load up. Ok i am deffinitly wrong so arma3 seems to be comming.

I cant enter either FB or twitter from here so i hope someone fill me up on it when they finally release the news :p

The logo for starters, the way the man is on the picture it looks overdon for ArmA not the realistical way like we are used to in Bis Series, its just does not entirly feel ArmA and the picture is reminding me of a picture of a other game i just cant find the picture imidiatly. But this is not ArmA Edit found it, its not entirly the same but i get the same feeling

That site is existing for ages already and i can tell i encountered that site already like 1 and a have year back. Like said if i am wrong then i am wrong but i don't think the transfer of a domain name indicates directy that they would be announcing ArmA3 now, it only Indicates that they want to keep the site name under their nuckles for future plans. kind regards

Ok guy's, i can understand that you have dreams but how is it again that we all think that it would be ArmA3? I had my moment of dreaming also but it would be nice to wake up for a moment. 1: They have Carier command on their hands 2: they have Take on Hellicopters on their hands 3: ArmA2 is still not ready, some stuff still needs to be attended to and you know what those DeV guy's have their hands full on that. To be honnest for all the dreamers here, as much i love to see a improved engine and an announcement of ArmA3 it will not happen for now, and alreay announcing something that you don't have the time for would be completely rediculous is it? Focus on ArmA2 mates, you would be less disepointed, if i am wrong i am wrong but something is saying to me that it will be a DLC or Expantion for ArmA2 for sure. kind regards

Something is whispering in my ears that it is unlikely, They have carier command and Take on hellicopters. It is said already before that they had unnanounced content for ArmA2. So with all the info the community found with the hacks and some post i have being backtracking i am more a believer that it will be a DLC/ Upgrade or a Expantion of the current game with some extras on the engine we already have. I also think it would be to soon and to fast to think of ArmA3 already, but who am i hey :rolleyes: kind regards

You seem to forget that they can expand the game like Take on Tanks ships and so on? The game it selves has a lot more possibilities then only civic related content. Maybe it is just a part of something bigger and that does not mean that they can not build the next armaverse on the upgraded RV3 Kind regards

Correct i was refering to that statement, but you might be right that i interpreted differently then it was originaly meant by the author, nothing is sure at this point i guess. Well i think deffenetly that something will be out for ArmA2 whether it is a DLC or expantion or even a engine upgrade i will leave that descuttion in the middle for now ;-) Maybe ArmA3 who knows but at this point its highly speculative i guess. Yeah i know that game although i did not stick for some reason, its more a RTS game but i got bored of it although like you said if it was more implemented like ArmA2 it would be awsome to have sea battles in that line. Maybe we will have it in the future but im not sure if it is entirly possible with the water structure engine of ArmA2 now. But i'm not entiteled to say something engine related im not a pro about that part its just again speculating from my part, i'm already happy with the stuff i know now and i try to figure out some stuff for modding but i have a loooong way to go on that part :D kind regards

Well i think the chance is 99.99% Sure it will be ArmA2 related! I am in no doubt about that, it is already claimed by a dev on a other topic that they had yet un announced contend in the making for ArmA2 together with 2 new projects TOH and CC ;)

Hmmm something in the line of Empire total war naval battles? :p why not? lets say if they implement something like that in ArmA2 with modern warfare ships. Playable units: Cruisers - battle ships - Flight carriers - LHD's would make the package pretty much more variated no? Edit: oh oh wait don't forget the subs!! :p kind regards
