I can also report the HK417 sounds are coming in very low behind the muzzle, when in third person and looking behind so the barrel is at front of the screen the sounds seem to be working.

patch to the latest (1.09) and the game should run without the disc... does for me. -
but can be adjusted clientside with mods like SIX (needs ACE) or Lost Key.

Or if you want to lead the group the above doesn't make sense, do as meade95 says or play the game in higher difficulty.... veteren/expert being the one's without the group markers.... (of course if this isn't an option for you just edit recruit/regular) -
That's got to be the worst looking game of the GR series yet... even if its not OGR.

Well.. you can shoot through it but you'll have a very hard time hitting your intended target as it alters the path of the bullet, I've hit units from behind glass before and it takes more then a few shots. As far as the AI not seeing you I'm not sure that's true as I'm always being engaged by them while taking a sneak peak, also TWS doesn't work through the glass which I'm told is also true to real life. You've got to love the indestructable glass :D -

Customizable Soldier Load - choose your uniform, assemble your weapon kit, change your loadout, get encumbered. ^^ Hopefully this is implemented ans what they mean by the above. In terms of classnames for weapons it will be hell though, I guess a new code would have to be created to add it to the addWeapon, speaking in a mission editing/custom loadouts perspective...

Tried with a L115A3 LRR 300m 5 shots All hits encounted for and seen. 600m 5 shots 4 out of 5 hits are seen 600m 5 shots All hits encounted for and seen. What kind of rifle would you like us to use and at what ranges would be perfect, for testing purposes? Tested with L85A2 ACOG 250m 30 shots I discovered that all rounds shot could be seen except the rounds 9, 15 and 23... I think it a bit random though.... All tested with vanilla with no mods ofcourse. Tested with a Mk16 EGLM RCO 300-350m 30 shots All shots can be accounted for except the 29th round.... Tested with M16A4 M203 ACOG 250m 30 shots All shots can be accounted for except rounds 8, 9, 19 and 22. I could go on, but cant really get accurate results for you without guidelines, tested on Desert Map btw -

ACE came out very fast for ArmA II and OA, same cant be said of ACRE because thats a new project.

I knew it from the first attack!!! its nice to have your suspicions confirmed :) I am about to spontaneously combust with joy now.... The campaign sounds great!!!, hopefully the voice acting is even better.
