    Ouch Darkhorse ya that is definatlly nastier then me, I haven't edxperienced any of that yet. Yet being the key word of course. I just love Duala map so much and wish that little glitch would get fixed but im sure its not the maps creator fault.

    i think ya it might be the map was made on a prev version and just not fully updated, cause its not the grass because im playing on a dedi server that has the grass turned off, if the grass was on then we wouldn't be able to see any of the AI what so ever. typically you can just see the top of their heads poking out of the ground. Last nitewhen i was playing i watched a AI guy that was tring to run up a hill go into the hill for like a couple mins then he just popped up on the topof the hill

    ok so i did a search came up with nothing and sorry but im not gonna read 101 pages hehe, but is there a fix for the AI, when they lay down on the ground their body goes underground an only their head is above it?

    Hey playSkoo, i tried using a dark green there ealier tonight, it shows up a bit darker but still not the solid darkness i was looking for, but oh well beggers can't be choosers right hehe

    Question about the custom face thing, I have made one but the issue is that the soild black text that i have on it show up as a light brown in game instead of black, I've converted it to a .paa file and its still showing as light brown, does anyone know how to get the black to show as black?
  6. I don't really understand why you just don't want to use the satchel it does the same thing as you want to happen, player rolls up plants a real satchel, moves back to secure location scrolls mouse wheels and triggers bomb, Why this need for a radio command to det the bomb?
  7. Ok i searched somewhat thru the forums but could not locate an answer. So i have the IED script on my map, and i want to place it on a suicide bomber, so that after my friends clear out a town of Militia and start to drive thru the town with their cars a Sucide bomber runs up and blows up the cars. So the intention is just to place the IED script on the bomber and make a couple waypoints cycling. Problem i have is that once the battle breaks out the Civi(IEDbomber) runs away in fear of being shot. after the battle he doesn't come back to town to continue on his waypoints. any help is wonderful. and i have the guys actions set to careless, and limited. So i dunno

    Im pretty new to this whole editing thing. basically what i would have to do is say name my Civi bomber1 in the name field and in the init field of the unit place: this allowFleeing 0
  10. hey everyone i know that this is possible but i cannot seem to find any help on this thru the forums here. Basically what i want to do is just like the side mission in the domination map, Go in Get a set number of Civilians and rescue them back to base. I looking thru the Domination map scripts and mission and have located their scripts for it, but i have no real idea how to use it, since they have alot of maps and init files pointing to other init's and stuff, So i was wondering if anyone could be me out in getting that setup. USMC locate Civ's talk to them they join the unit, with simple commands like fallow, stay, dis/mount Vech. trigger to end mission with X number of civi's alive. any help would be great, if i know what i needed out of the domination script i'd just rip that out but i don't, and no im not looking to publish the map anywhere just use it to play with friends. thanks for any help

    Revive Script

    So i changed the init there to add the soilderGB on the secon line, and when i sample the game it now shows that he has 7 lives left, which is great, but the issue i have is that he is the only guerilla Unit on the map all the rest are USMC, and when i choose to use the Warlord, and go off and shot one of the USMC teammates i don't have the option to heal or revive him, and if i use the USMC and shot the warlord same thing no heal or revive option. Is that even possible? i also added RESISTANCE to the FRIENDLY SIDE TO PLAYABLE UNITS.     Revive Script

    Hello everyone, So im pretty new to the whole map making thing. I got a bunch of scripts to work and stuff. and slowly figuering things out on my own and with some tutorials and research that i've done. Now i don't know if i just missed reading somewhere that this can't be done or not. but i will ask anyways So i have a map it has 7 USMC guys init with the revive script working just fine, But i also have a playable Guerila Warlord in the map to play along side the USMC (kinda like a local tour guide but playable). With all the tests i've done solo with AI guys, if im the USMC and i shoot the warlord i cannot revive him and same with vice versa. for my revive_init.sqf i have: i also tried GUE_warlord in lieu of soldierGB.
