  1. Losing the control of your mantas is definatly a bug. Simple to see: Next time it happens save your game, reload, voilá - you can control your stuck assets again.
  2. funny joke =) Didnt we give BIS time with vehicle AI/pathfinding since 10 years now? Did they become "significantly" better? Well, not in the Arma's Ive played =) You say "beta", but I own you with saying "OPF, Arma1, Arma2" - advancement in vehicle AI? partly...

  5. notebook != gaming pc Will never work out properly. Folks never understand that. (I bet we now get a handful of replies of people who have fantastic experiences with their "gaming notebook...)

    What about the weak AI and pathfinding? Do we belive BIS can/will fix that? Especially pathfinding was not exactly a speciality for BIS in the past 10 years.... And when you say "beta" I reply with "OPF, Arma1 and Arma2"...

    P&C BETA first impressions

    So, Ive destroyed my first 2 enemy carriers and got a good overview of the current state of the game. I like the CC game concept, but Im now 100% sure that this game will stay and fall with the AI and pathfinding improvements. Regarding BIS' history with vehicle AI and pathfinding I have the impression that they have a tough nut to crack to make this game working. The islands are overloaded with obstacles that the pathfinding cant hande AT ALL. Sure, its a beta, say its a beta.. I say BIS hasnt delivered a proper vehicle AI for any of their games yet and even if that might not be the same development team.... Well, lets say I hope that I get proved wrong! =)

  18. Hello gentlebeings! My hd crashed and so my mission folder got lost. Now Im looking for a MP mission on Takistan which name I cant remember! The mission was played as US on Takistan and had multiple stages. You started at a small base and you had sidemissions where you could aquire additional weapons (e.g. a crashed plane with crates) and fuel trucks for your vehicles so you can use them. Cant remember the other missions. Does anybody have pointer what mission that is? Thanks for all help!

    Funny coincidence, that Ive just mentioned that to Schwabi, but yes, I have Kindoms + addon! Its an early beta from doing tests with Tigga, but I still have it! I think its easy to adapt to other maps, cos Tigga intended to make it a kind of "RTS-Framework".

    MP Armory is awesome boredom. Im impressed what comes out when some experienced developers (?) make something thats as boring as this. I love randomized missions a lot - but this? At least I hoped to see at least a single nice combat setup, not just this unimaginative spawned stuff...*Yaaaaawn!* Sorry, but community already did better, BIS!

    Random Marker Locations?

    I would suggest to deBPO "Takistan Force" cos it delivers a very well made framework for randomized missions. Sounds like what youre looking for. The missionmanager.sqf in scripts\missions and the mission-files below that have the code you need.
