i met many players with the same trouble.....the game has huge potential but inespressed due to the lack of explanations. for exemple,in game like ghost recon you can choose the weapons for you and your squad but in arma 2 it seems impossible,i mean i saw many weapons crates in multiplayer maps but there is none in the editor,why? another exemple:how to play mpmissions with a ai squad?i mean evolution or domination....and how to put vehicles without crew in the editor?and many other questions........... at a first look the editor seems to be unlimited but:how to set civilian life?random enemies encounters?i think there is no option in this regard....

i dont see any empty option mate................

im trying to host the missions i have downloaded from multiplayer servers,i would like to play them alone in lan but i fail everytime....i know i have to copy the pbo file in mpmission folder but it doesnt work....i cant see them on the mission list...maybe i miss something???

ahahahahahahahah..at least a bit of fun......this bug makes me very nervous...when i got some free time i will make some test with video settings

what?!support?! it would be very good if they give us some kind of update about it....

i think you can run it fine with a dual core and a 9600gt/3870.the game is awesome,if they will fix the major bugs it will be the best game i ve ever played(and my first game was the DOS of the msx)

i answered to you in another thread,sry,but it s a bug related to the loading of the image because i can move my soldier behind the black screen.....the other online games run perfectly...btw my router hasnt these options,there s something about a "virtual server" but i called a technician and he said to me it s ok....

during the "receiving" black screen im ONLINE cuz i can hear the sound of the game and i can talk to other players...it seems that the graphic engine doesnt load the image.........

i totally agree with you tincup,it s a simple concept for homo sapiens brain but if you have readen the other threads there is people who doesnt care about us,they think we are just whiner kids and forgive we are here because we love the game and we want to make it better........

do you think i am a 10 years old kid?i have bought an unplayable game and im here to have some kind of help,where should i go?there is not support anywhere,no phone number,nothing.Is it my right to ask BIS an extremely simple info or not?if they tell me "we know the trouble,we are going to fix it with patch"it s ok i could say "thanks",but what about if the next patch wont fix it or if simply they cant fix it at all?

no man...i got fallout 3 and i play it....it is affected by minor bugs....obviously you didnt understand that im talking about the black screen that makes impossible to play...im not "bitching" BIS,i respect the work of everyone,but they have to tell us if they understand the greatness of this bug because anyone with at least an half of a normal brain cares about the small ones if he has to deal with a black "receiving" screen everytime he tries to have fun..

modeZt and fansadox i am with you,i have never seen this lack of customer support before....i bought empire tw at day one and it was bugged like hell but at least CA gave us some daily updates about the incoming fixes and patches

private plowjoy thank you for help but maybe we are talking about 2 different bugs...it isnt a matter of respawn for me..it happens as soon as the download of the mission files ends or after a couple of time without any respawn...

hi all,i am here just to meet people with the same black screen error i get... im happy im not alone but it s unbelievable that many people got this damned bug and bohemia doesnt answer....they are going on to make video about "basic controls" and "editor tips" while we are unable to play online(at least i got the bug online only)...i mean:i bought the game to have fun with people online during my holy free-time...this is not a minor bug but a game-breaker bug so we need info as customers..
