Decisions, outcomes, and their impact upon life. What path will you choose? I originally began a project similar to this during my last deployment to Iraq (09-10), but ended up abandoning it due to time constraints. We were rolling out on mission six days a week for and average of 8-14 hours a day. I was simply exhausted and spent what little free time I had sleeping and PT'ing. The synopsis will follow one team member from his death all the way back to what initially caused it. It's about choices and their consequences. XmF67JeruaE

Decisions, outcomes, and their impact upon life. What path will you choose? Still lots of editing to do so I thought I'd throw a trailer together for you guys. Some scenes are still a little rough, so bear with me. In 1080p. 7ushoGJGl3M -
This is something I've been working on for some time. It deals with the decisions made that could have a differing outcome, and how said decisions have an impact upon lives. This in no way represents the final product. It's simply a feeler. NJUV0STmcX8

For the Personal Edition (VTK)? Yes. It's not a $1k plus as some would have you believe. Wolle, NZX, anybody else... I'm still waiting on my forum membership confirmation. Is BIA on vacation until after the New Year?

[Solved] Arma 2 - patch 1.07 Error [Solved] Cause is missing registry entry
DetCord replied to helldesign's topic in ARMA 2 & OA - TROUBLESHOOTING
Update. Purchased yet another copy and this time via D2D. Downloaded, installed, and patched correctly. So guess what? This is a issue with the BIS store and not user-end. -
I'm in discussion and finalizing my purchase as we speak. Though I will admit, $545 is a bit steep. Though I do remember at one time it was around $300 or so. Wonder why it went up.

This is just utterly mind boggling, gents. I just completed a full system restore, downloaded A2, installed it, and then attempted to patch it (1.08). Now I'm getting that error saying "arma 2 is not installed on your computer". I understand it's a registry issue, however, I not going to dig around in there and add anything, nor should I have to as the end user. To add insult to injury, BIS has still yet to update their product on their own Store to the current version. This is bad business by them all around, and two issues that could easily be fixed are ignored. BIS, update your friggin' product.

This is not working. There is no entry for bohemia interactive under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE. -
Glad you're going back to the 173rd. I PCS back to them in six months.

It's not a consistent speed but it's fast! Thanks, matey. Do I need to download both patches, or just the latest one? EDIT - It was fast for a small time then plummeted to between 80-100+ kps. Shit...
-
Anyone know of a mirror with a decent download speed? I'm on FIOS and the 15-30kbs sucks with a connection as fast as mine. Cheers

What the hell happened to the ArmA II/OA user video thread?

Why the hell is the NOD mounted behind the EOTech on the M4 in that last picture? -
@ Everyone besides Fox unless indicated. 1. It's not a IBA. It's our new IOTV. 2. The fitting, design, and wear of the new body armor is nothing like the IBA. 3. The collar is nothing like the IBA's. The IBA utilized a single insert that required attachments, i.e. the throat protector. 4. The only units still utilizing the IBA are REMF's, FOBits, not anyone that actually leaves the FOB/PB. 5. The current collar/neck protection portion sits totally different than that of it's older IBA cousin. Reusing the older model simply won't work here. 6. (For Fox) We rarely wore the neck portion out on mission. It's cumbersome, unwieldy, prevents freedom of movement when in contact, and considering we have to hump several K to a obj, limiting any weight is always a consideration.

Looking better and better, Fox! I haven't been this impressed by an addon since Cameron McDonald released his 1st ID for ArmA. Minor issues though, as always, and I probably know you're just about done with people pointing certain aspects out.... If you don't mind. The ankle pocket is a bit big/over sized, could be crunched down a bit. Other issues with the ACU's as well i.e. pockets, cargo pockets, sleeves etc etc. If ya want, I'll post some photos of my ACU tops and bottoms. MY MC uniforms are currently in storage, so that's a no-go. What's with the boots, mate? Again, if you want example pics just let me know and I'll continue doing so via the Armaholic thread.
