    Yes, we dont intend to change classnames of any of our equipment, only add to it. What did you think of the missions?

    No. Default plate carriers are far too damage absorbent! It takes like eight rounds to put someone down in vanilla. Ours are adjusted to our own ideas of round damage.

    Question: Are you working it right? Are you pressing lock (default T) to lock the target, and waiting for the lock tone before firing?
  4. Fellas, found and fixed the problem with the skin. Its because I was relying on built in hhl.rvmats, instead of including my own within the addon structure. Ill update this tonight when I get a chance to upload it. Also, some improvements on the ChDKZ. :)

    Regardless of your opinion, we decided it was necessary to develop an opposing force and package it as one product, i.e RHS Escalation. We thought that it would look out of place, having Russian forces from circa today, fighting against super future space soldiers.

  11. He could of asked us and we would of told him. And let me set this straight. I am not "not on the scene" anymore. I am working on other projects constantly. None of us are in "our graves". Infact I am the only dev that is currently working with the a3 engine. I personally did not touch any of the maps. Its not my thing. But as the rep for cwr2 on here it is me that has to communicate for the other ten or so devs.
  12. My work is done here and I have done what I wanted to do. Bi tool rights are irrelevant. Evro is not bi. Bi would approach us first and send us a message before marketing our products in their own project. Evro did not ask. Politeness really is a lost art nowadays. Might it have been different if he had asked us first? Who knows.
  13. Cant believe the responses regarding original owners retaining their rights for their own products. Kind of justifies everything about how we feel about bi these days. No wonder I am the only one left who is active on these forums. Makes me chuckle that people are so spoilt and angry that they bother to have a pop at us about asking for our rights to be respected.
  14. AFAIK, CWR2 is compatible with the latest version of A2OA, including the steam version. At CWR2, we dont ask for any sympathy, or feel any need to write a book. It is our right to distrubute our content, to publicly advertise our content, liscence our content, and collaborate with other mod teams as we see fit. CWR 2 EULA states that no assets are to be made compatible, or ported, or have gone through any such inclusion process into ARMA 3, under any circumstances. That is, as the originators of the product, our liscence and our right to uphold it. Permission should be sought with the originator (which it was not in this case) before any release regarding our content is made by another party. Thank you.
  15. Thanks Evro. I am glad we can bring this to a close. I will be looking into the PWS team. As an anecdote, our opinions of BI and A3 are not ungrounded, and are ours to hold because of how we percieve to have been treated in the past. As is the right to publicly advertise, collaborate with other mod teams, or liscence our content, as we see fit. Thank you.

  18. Yes. Private usage is one thing, but public advertisement and distribution of CWR 2 content is something we do not agree to. Evro, could you please remove all CWR2 configs from your mod. Shafting the community? You joined in 2013. What do you know about the community? Most of the ARMA 3 community (yourself included) is not aware of our mod, nor do we require their support. We do not take donation or funds. We support ourselves through our love of our creations and the enjoyment we take out of playing the mod ourselves. Our members are not present on these forums, besides myself, I took the appropriate course of action to contant Evro on here, as agreed by the mod team to address this issue.

  21. Discussed, but not by anyone from CWR2. We all spoke about this last night on Skype - we want it gone. We eagerly await EvroMalarkey's reply, and will take appropriate action otherwise. Cheers.
  22. Erm. Evro. I do believe that the CWR2 licence says that none of its property is to be ported to ARMA 3. As representative of the mod on here. I politely ask you to remove this. Cheers.
