  1. The @ doesn't make it a mod :p Remember you have to use the beta arma2.exe to startup the beta mod: "C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\beta\arma2.exe" -nosplash -mod=beta;
  2. When you install the beta patch it automatically installs as a mod so you can load any mod as you normally do along with the beta :) If i were you i would go for 588, it's far most the best beta of now ;)

    If it only was that, DR fail because it's a console port which is limited by same limitations the console have.

  5. That is with latest patch, but hey it's a beta ;) Like mentioned before by Alex bunkers have some low texture issues. Also mentioned before but i'll mention it again. Some waypoints doesn't work anymore, an example is the Sentry waypoint :)
  6. I placed a sniper with a few waypoints on a runway and placed myself 250m further away on the runway. With skill slider on max. it took 2 clips and a few rounds to get his attention and he gave me a hit with first round which injured me(make screen redish). The same happened with skill slider on min.

  12. I've never really seen any impact on the units spotting skill, accuracy skill or any other skill by minimize or maximize the units skill slider! Only impact is when changing the skill settings in your profile.. skillEnemy=0.7; precisionEnemy=0.7; ..and that affect all units. The skill slider and the setSkill command should override that profile settings for the units you desire so you can have really skilled soldiers along with poorly skilled soldiers to be able to better design missions.

  15. Yes very... i play on servers with crosshair forced off and when i host it's forced off, thats an even easier solution :)

  18. Thats what it's supposed be and is when standing and a bit when proning, i guess something went wrong when coding the crouch position lol :p

  21. Tested it briefly and and it seems much better now. Will do some more testing later :)
