Turn off "Postprocess Effects" under video settings and you should be able to see at night, atleast it works for me :)

Those fps drops could be because your HDD need to get defragged. I would also say having 3D Resolution on 200% is a little too optimistic considering your specs, try 100%.

I'm talking about this feature implentet in a beta: [60718] Changed: AI now goes to Combat behaviour automatically only when under fire, not when player is prone. After that was implentet AI is was a pain to ordering around and now they won't do anything aslong as a enemy is known. So if you set them to aware and an enemy is known 300m+ away they return to combat behaviour. Have you actually tried fabrizio_T example, now try it with enemies around.

But with the new auto combat/danger feature they constantly go into danger mode whenever a enemy is spotted :eek: And yes ACE does have an effect on this, try it with and without ;)

Exactly... there's many posts bitching about the six update BECAUSE most of them wont take the time to learn to use it or can't be bothered reading the instructions etc etc. Then there's of course those who really have some problems besides the above and those i've seen sickboy helping out countless of times. The point is that most users don't have a problem with the six updater and those who have can get help by reading the guides and if that doesn't work they can ask for help.

I did like LOS, nothing wild but it was ok.

I consider myself a normal user and i find it easy to use, not in the first 2min the very first time i used the system but after 10-15min of reading/watching the help files provided.

The SiX Updater is not complicated at all it's super simple to use. But i guess if you don't wanna spent a few minutes learning to use it, it might look scary... your loss.
