Hi, I have been away from Arma3 for a while and I have decided to come back. I have the following mods "installed": cup vehicles - cup unit - cup weapons and Cba (last version). When I put an unit in the editor io got this message : No entry Bin/config.bin/cfg.weapons.cup_Vhmg_Kptv_veh In this case the unit placed is Brdm 2 What am I doing wrong? Thanks *** Edit: strange things: in the garage i have access to all vehicles units. Edit2_ My bad. Situation Solved.

"Opening up Arma 3 to paid user-made content" - How?
eymerich replied to gammadust's topic in ARMA 3 - GENERAL
When moneys enter in the live of the peolpe that's what happen... This is how I see the future of Arma: Bis will work on the core; add-on Official and mostly unofficial will be created by community and sold. To me this is a No go and I don't think this is the way to solve the lack of addon of arma3 (there are out probably 1\10 of the addon released in Arma2). The problem in my opinion lies in a too complex way to create an addon: make it easier and most free addon will come out -

Just a few considerations about the topic. It gives me trouble to think that user content should be payed by customers like me. Why? Surely, there is an huge time sink behind an addon or a mission: This is a valid point in my opinion to allow the creator(s) to ask money for their work. Time, work, high expetaction and quality add on are all valid points to justify this thread: and, I repeat, to justify the request of a price behind "that" work. But I wonder, and here lies my doubts: what would happened in the future if I would have to pay for addon created by community? In my opinion, it's very probably that Devs would improve their engine leaving out every unneeded features. Which is good, under a certain point of view (image you can play altis at 80 fps) but then, what do i have purchased? A game or an engine? And this bring me to another question: where is the edge beetwen a feature needed from a feature left to the community? Sorry for bad english. -

Used twice and disliked it. I have voted no. But I think it'a a nice improvment: it's just too much for me. I would have prefered more optimization and bug fixes. Happy I have not purchased the dlc.
