well thanks for the quick reply and removeing the mods works but now it means half of the mods i loved won't work and some scripts are quite old when the game was released but ah well. if it means it works thats all that matters.

I just installed the 1.05 update for arma 2. As it finished i loaded it up and tried it but it won't load up and it freezes and crashes in a matter of seconds. I get this error message when i try it.

why dont you try looking in the the arma user missions area then...

give it some time server admins havent yet allowed it but since now when ive been trying pritty much most of the servers let me join...

the software doesnt really effect sound does it?... lol its your sound card most likly.

i got the vop sounds workin i can play online with other people but like th other guy said i cant seem to get sounds for airplanes there silent and only when im in first perso inside aircraft i can hear the wind...

i still have the problem my mate now cant even connect to the server.... it just says connection to server failed he never had this before...

hi there i just got the vop sounds and i put all the files in the addons folder but when i make a map anda ask my friend to join it says something like he cannot play/edit this mission or somthing... wonder if you guys could help me thanks in advance.

sorrry i didnt understand what you was talking about because i didnt have arma 1 but it looks quite good... wish you best of luck making it.

to be honest i rather them not have any civies otherwise itll just cause more lag :p... but to be honest if there notified the civies when the war started im sure that they would of been evacuated.

lol i totally agree the ai drivers cannot drive to save there own life ... lol kinda funny sometimes when you put somewaypoints waiting and waiting... for the backup and by the time your finished they arrive all because they get stuck by some stupid trees... lol

put in the arma 2 missions folder if your using xp use this C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2 Then just do as you normally do and load it up.. should work ... all missions should have either co in front of mission to indicate if its co-op gameplay that can be used in multiplayer if its sp thens its singleplayer and only you can play it.
