i noticed this as well, the textures sometimes wouldn't even load so walls and buildings etc.. would look like crap. I'm running on the current WHQL 257.21. They work best for me since I'm running a 480gtx

well I'm stuck... I've captured all the bases and destroyed the enemy camps... nothing happens? am I missing something?

ok depends on which mission outcome u chose... either destroy the russian base or speak to the russians either way you have to go to the russian base near the main airstrip on the map

my last mission was dogs of war I'd like to get a different ending? how should I do that? not helping the father and reporting the weapon cache?

hmm try going to the main airstrip on the map that's were the russians are, except in my dogs of war I had to destroy the russian base not negotiate lol

mine ended after dogs of war I talked to the "father" then that was it "THE END" bah..

ya -winxp works for me too but I think I'm losing IQ using it

had this issue as well, lower your texture and/or your vid mem settings this fixed the issue for me.

do you have to rename the exe itself or just the shortcut?

I get blurry textures too.. this is how I fixed my issue: for some reason I have to turn my vid memory and textures down to High instead of very high. for some reason with both of these at very high my textures go blurry. For instance the grass looks very unrealistic and "blocky" or "blurry" but once I move these two options down to high they were "purdy" again lol specs: i7 920 @ 4.0 6gigs corsair 1600mhz 4870x2 2xraptors 150gig

hmm just tested and all my buttons work fine no matter what server I click on sorry dude

I had to add -winxp to get it to work on my 4870x2 re-naming the exe didn't work for me.

are you using the -maxmem? I had to delete this to stop crashing after the 1.02 patch

same here I got a big drop in performance with 1.2 I'm running a 4870x2 and was running the game fine before (well about as fine as this game can run right now :P) but after 1.2 I'm getting huge stutter in cities that was only minor in the earlier patch.

I hope they fix crossfire, not sure if using the -winxp affects IQ or not using a different DirectX

hey guys, does anyone know where I can get some helicopter missions for ArmA2? and also jet maps? ANY air maps lol? Is it hard to convert ArmA 1 maps over to 2?
