So how to get the music to play? I can get the menu to pop up but I don't get music playing when I click on the file and use my mouse button or spacebar to "fire" the EMSPEC. Any help is appreciated. I'm having the same problem.

I am at the point in the mission where I have to sent a broadcast to the squad guarding the thing at the helipad. But for the life of me I cannot get the music to play and disrupt the squadleaders radio. I am pointing the spectrum device at the squad leader choosing music from the list of recordings but when I press fire (left mouse button) no music is played. How the heck do I do it? I have watched youtube vids and trawled the forums to see if Im doing something wrong but so far no luck. The instructions on the Spectrum device are pretty vague and sketchy to be honest. So far the campaign has been great it would be a shame to spoil it with a silly thing like this. Any help much appreciated. SD

every time I start the contact campaign by clicking the "PLAY CONTACT" button. I get the following error Addon 'A3_Data_F_Contact_Loadorder' requires addon .A3_Language_F_Contact Any Ideas? I am playing on the Dev branch (If that makes a difference) No Mods loaded. I am also getting lots of boxes popping up in game with code in them. SD

Hi I am sort of new to Alive and need a bit of help. I am trying to play this mission in SP mode on a LAN. I am hosting the server and it all seems to load fine but once loaded it is just me on my own, I have no squad with me. Is this right? I see a few blufor guys standing around shooting the breeze but not much else. Any help would be great as I would really like to try this mission out properly. Cheers SD

I have the new Helo DLC and I am only just now trying to fly any of the helos in ARMA 3. I am having a real problems trying to hover the choppers. I use an X55 and have followed Dislexi's advice regarding axis settings and deadzones, but I find that the chopper is either moving forward slightly or going backwards slightly and I just can't seem to hit the sweet spot, the controls seem to be hyper-sensitive. What settings do you guys use for your axis and deadzones? I can fly and hover fine in DCS but this is starting to become a lesson in frustration. Do you guys use the auto hover function? Cheers SD

Is there a ETA on when this will arrive a PWS? I really want to use this mod but as I already have ARMA 1,2,OA,IF etc.. I really don't want to download the entire 18Gb of data if I can get PWS to use my existing installs. Don't need an exact date just a ballpark would do. Cheers

ArJay Thanks mate really appreciated. Shame they aren't working. I'm Hoping Sudden can get them working as I would love to use these with the Alive system. In Suddens East v West thread Lukrop has created a config for these units, but I (being a bit thick) don't know how to use it or what to do with it. If you could have a look it would be great. SD

Thanks for the reply, but how do I create a new config file? do I just copy your script and rename it config.bin? or do I need to use the ARMA 3 tools to convert it? how do I then get it into a new PBO? Sorry to be such a dullard but unless Im shown how to do it how will I know :) Cheers SD

Does anyonr use Sudden's East vs West units with Alive? If so I would appreciate a how to as to use them in ALiVE. I have tried to use them using the classnames SUD_USSR and SUD_NATO but they don't show up. I have noticed that sudden has created a config for these units in his thread on this forum but I have no idea how to use it . Any help would be gratefully accepted. Cheers SD

No rush mate. Though I secretly hope it will be sooner rather than later. But, I am really enjoying using your mod at the moment combined with suddens great East Vs West mod and the fantastic ALiVE mod it makes for some great atmospheric battles. just a shame there are no comparable OPFOR choppers. Oh well I can wait Thanks

Manzilla. Just downloaded you snakes in the grass mission. But when I try to play it I get an error saying Cannot play/edit this mision it is dependant on downloadable content that has been deleted; A3_Soft_F_Ifrit. any ideas? I am running the ARMA3 alpha with no mods. SD

I have completely uninstalled ARMA2 and OA from my PC and proceed to reinstall in the following order. Install ARMA II from the Retail DVD. Patch ARMA II up to version 1.08 Install OA from retail DVD Patch OA up to version 1.60 Try and install PMC, BAF and ACR DLC's and nothing, nada. These 3 DLC's were purchased from GamersGate and have worked flawlessly previously . Whats happened? So I now have 3 DLC's which I cannot use. I have checked my registry for rogue entries (found none) I have also tried the tool posted above. But that requires the ARMA II reinforcements DVD which I obviously don't have. Some help to get these working would be appreciated. SD
